It was a very good hotel for its price in Ortisei! Location was 10/10, just a 2 minutes walk away from the main bus stop with pharmacies and supermarkets (Conad and Despar) nearby. Food options were plenty as well. Cleanliness was good and I was satisfied with the housekeeping services. The reception staff who is a pair of siblings were wonderful, helpful and kind, so are the restaurant staff. Would definitely come back again as it was well worth the price!

The hotel is located close to the Ortisei city center, bus stops, and 2-3 lines of cable car stations. Supermarket is just across the street. The breakfast is good. The room is quite clean and equipped with spacious bathroom and lovely balcony with nice view. Somebody may think the design & furniture in the room is too old, but it doesn't bother us since we didn't expect to see something modern in this place, and most important of all, everything is clean and functional.

The sound insulation in the room is not good, we can hear our neighbors talking and snoring. The hot water coming from the shower room is a bit low.

Location was great along the main drag and easy walking distance to wherever you needed to go. Staff were great as well - we took dinner at the hotel as well and enjoyed our meals, while a little pricey they were decent value when compared with other restaurants in the area especially givem that they come with a 4 course meal. Breakfast was solid too. Free access to the public pool and to the bus system were nice inclusions that we used.

Mattresses could be more comfortable and wish the beds came with top sheets for a little light cover compared to the heavier comforters. They also didn't have a/c, but with windows open, it was okay, if it's hot there, I could see it being too warm. Also, housekeeping comes regardless if you have a card out asking them to not come. Lastly, an electric kettle would have been great in the room, though I'm sure we could get hot water on the ground floor.

The location is great, the breakfast was good and they did not charge extra for coffee, ice or glasses. Staff was helpful and the room was very clean. Our room was quite spacious with many closets and storage areas. It is also across from a grocery store and has a table in the room for eating your goodies

The lighting was not good in the bedroom, only one overhead light. This is an older hotel with history, not a fancy new facility

the view from the balcony was special. the breakfast was top quality. Customer support by hotel staff was exemplary.

The breakfast was great, cereals, pastries, juices and cooked breakfasts. The location was fantastic, to some amazing restaurants, to the town centre and to access the road in and out of Ortesei. The room was on the 3rd floor, accessible by a lift. the room looked out at the mountains opposite...perfect!

Lovely hotel with comfortable room, gracious staff and excellent location.

The tub-shower is difficult to manage and a little dangerous given the high step over into tub and no shower curtain, which results in slippery floors. Also breakfast food was pretty basic but loved that it is included and cappuccino was delicious.

Location is great. We walked to the cable cars/gondolas for Alps di Siusi and Seceda. There is a grocery shop just across the road, a gelato shop (2 Euros for a cone) as well as many food options all within a walking distance. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and speak perfect German, Italian and English. Restaurant staff were also efficient and friendly. Relative to other places I stayed in Dolomites, the breakfast spread here was relatively better. So I absolutely loved it. I paid for half board, so had dinner here as well. Would recommend it for the convenience. There is a salad buffet, together with a 3 course menu. Very thoughtful menu on the 2 nights we stayed. Pretty delicious and fully satisfied with the value. Rooms were spacious. Nice balcony area available to chill.

The parking area is by no means tiny, but if the hotel is fully booked in peak summer season, I am not sure if it could hold all the guests. Shampoo was provided, but don't think body soap was. That's really nitpicking, amd by no means impacting our impression of this fine hotel. We got our body soap from the grocery shop across the road.

We chose the half board option which worked very well for us. We found the accommodation very good and all facilities also very good. We would stay here again.

We didn’t like not having a screen for showering in the bath. It was a little awkward standing up in the bath while showering too.

Loved the character of the property and the view fro my our room. Loved the half board option of breakfast and dinner. Food was delicious and restaurant staff fantastic. The location was very good, convenient to everything you need in Ortisei. Free car parking is really good.
