We loved the location of the hotel — it was close to many parks, the beach, and Main Street. The room was very clean and comfortable, with daily towel changes and housekeeping always making sure everything was spotless. The hotel also has a great family area with a playground, several BBQ grills, and picnic tables. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, both very clean. The breakfast was also good — a nice continental breakfast to start your morning. We truly enjoyed our stay!

One thing we didn’t like was that the room could really use blackout blinds or curtains to block the sunlight in the early morning. It would help make the room darker and allow for better rest. Also, the staff member helping with breakfast seemed a bit rude — it felt like every little thing bothered her, which was disappointing, especially in a hotel that is meant to be family-friendly.

The room and bathroom was very clean, stocked with amenities and all appliances and wifi worked really well. The bed was very comfortable. Grateful that we could adjust the temperature to our liking. Enjoyed the variety of food offered during breakfast time. My husband and I will definitely visit again. The staff members throughout the hotel was kind and friendly. (Shout out to the front desk staff, Dianne and Ms. Mac from the breakfast area) We truly appreciated your warm welcome. Lastly, the location of the hotel was very convenient for the areas we visited.

The room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast is always a plus, and the location I'd close to many great restaurants and a few lovely beaches.

Parking filled up fast and almost left us without a spot to park. Housekeeping only came to our room one time, so we bought our own toilet paper. The second floor balcony felt a bit rickety, and the bathroom doors are installed the wrong way, preventing help in the case of an emergency.

The room was very comfortable. It was clean. Staff were nice. Check in was easy.

The cleaning products used had an overwhelming smell. Almost to the point where it gave me a headache, and I had to keep the window open. Every time I entered the room the smell was overpowering. It finally started to dissipate when I was leaving on the 3rd day. The breakfast was OK. Lots to eat but none of it great quality. My room card wouldn't open the pool room. The office gave me a new card...still wouldn't open the pool door.

The place is exactly as the pictures, the food is ok, and the place is really close to the beach and good places. I will def come back on another time.

I stayed for two days, and there were two things that I didn´t like, one is that the keycard locked at the first hour in the morning so if you go out to take the breakfast or anything, you have to call the housekeep to unlock it. The second thing is that the secretary was racist with me just because I'm hispanic, she was not nice with me.

Bed and room were both comfortable

Bathtub had no stopper or option for anything other than shower. The door key fob didn't lock so the door was just always unlocked. There were hairs around the toilet and a bit of old blood on the inside of the bathroom door by the knob. The ice machine outside of our room also didn't work and was littered with empty nip bottles around it.

Convenient location. Property is well taken care of, with many amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable!

The buildings apparently have no gutters. During the night it was raining and the rain flowing off the roof to the sidewalk/parking lot was rather loud. Not the end of the world, but it was a little annoying.

Nice comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, spacious and well maintained outdoor recreation area, very friendly stuff. Overall great stay for the value and location

No water fountains accessible except during breakfast hours, carpet in room was stained, bathroom is small and sink outside in room so disturbing to spouse/ family in the room during the night if you have to wash hands after using bathroom. Pool is not open air

Good location, pools, tennis court. Clean rooms that smelled nice. Comfortable bed, large TV with cable. Nice lit up mirror.

Very loud and rowdy on the property at night. Kids were running around upstairs all night and we had a hard time falling to sleep. Lack of enough parking… the lot completely filled up so many people were parking on the curb/grass on the other side of the property

Breakfast, nicely updated and clean room, and the AC!

I heard banging on the walls in the room next to me. There was some type of alarm going off since I got there and the same alarm was going off when I left on Sunday. The pool door would not open for me the next day with my card, I had to go to reception. They had an outdoor pool that was not in use. The indoor pool could be better.
