The location is nice, the hotel is new, the rooms are big enough, the breakfast is enough. Very glad to stay here❤️

There was dust in the kettle and on the glass tray. When I told them they changed it. I had to go to reception to say this. The only way to reach the reception is to call +49. There is no telephone included in the hotel line in the room. I'm from outside Europe and my phone is in airplane mode in Europe. So I couldn't call reception. Having to make a GSM call to reach the reception is very challenging. As I was staying with my child I couldn't leave the room, so I had to wait in the morning to say this... they fixed the dirty stuff problem 👍

Very comfortable hotel at a good location, directly at the train station. Parking is available next to the hotel for 6€/day. Even though the windows lead directly to train tracks, the hotel has excellent soundproofing - I didn't hear anything from outside - and what's even more rare - from the neighbouring rooms. The beds are very comfortable, as is the bathroom. Two different pillows (softer and harder) are at your disposal, as are couple of clothes hangers and a hair dryer. Tee and coffee are available in the room. Everything seemd quite clean. The price for all of this was very reasonable - I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything was ok, so just nitpicking - the included TV could have possibility to log in to Netflix or Amazon Prime, which are locked there. But this is an extremely minor thing.

The hotel is modern, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a train station behind the hotel but you can't hear anything because the windows are so good. The rooms also come with extra pillows if the ones on the bed are too soft. The breakfast was really good, although a bit expensive. The hotel is right off of the highway so it is easy to get to for a stopover for a night.

The parking situation wasn't very clear upon arrival, although there is a relatively cheap parking lot across the street.

The hotel was close to everything. The staff was fine. Facilities in general were fine. Clean and comfy even the room was “small”

The room was smaller than I paid for. The bed it was nice and cozy, but I think when you booked a room with booking there is a difference if you booked directly with the hotel. We arrived at 3pm when all the rooms are available, but consistently I have noticed when I booked with booking they are giving not the best rooms even we paid for it.

The people at the front desk were helpful. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, but I don't eat very much so I found it very expensive for my small meal. Love the USB charging plugs in the room - very convenient as you don't need an adapter to charge your devices. Great location; just a few minutes walk from the train and right across the street from the Zoo and gardens.

The shower is open at the end so part of the floor and the toilet got wet. Breakfast is expensive.

Breakfast was fairly good. Good selection. Scrambled eggs were soggy though.

Shower wall panel allowed water spray onto bath floor if not careful.

Good standards throughout The staff were very polite and professional. The hotel provided a cot for free, and staff also prepared the sofa bed very readily, although we only asked on arrival. Breakfast was tasty, and the selection of food was great. The breakfast room was a bit crowded due to a family gathering and the people from said party were not very considerate about other guests at the hotel.

The reception was understaffed on the Sunday, which resulted in long waiting times at checkout.

I stayed 3 days and nobody came to clean the roomand change the towels. The second day I heard that it is on request. However, although I asked them to clean the room and change the towels, finally nobady came. This is very negative point. The hotel should better organize the personnel and better inform the guests. Also, the pillows were very small.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff that checked us in were wonderful.

The vending machine was down the whole time. When I inquired about where I could get a snack or drink the front desk employee just replied the machine was broken and the bar was closed. I had stayed at the hotel while my family went out because I wasn’t feeling well. I just needed something to take some medicine and there wasn’t an option for anything. Everything else was very nice.

The staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Happy to have the extra pillows.

Rooms were a bit to small. Our luggage was difficult to maneuver as there just wasn't room to lay them open. Hair dryer had a super short cord that didn't stretch out. If you did stretch it the cord would short out. The plug was inserted correctly. Short was by the dryer handle. It was a pain to use.
