The room was clean, the bathroom had a bath that smelled so good, the staff was extremely friendly, the hotel is highly recommended!

This was our second time here and again we are happy with our stay. We were received very affably by a friendly employee even though it was past midnight and they accommodated all four of us comfortably. They even tried to upgrade us to a more spacious room. The spaces are clean and the breakfast is varied and abundant. The location is very convenient. We hope to be back again in the future if we can find again a good price

They did not replenish the breakfast buffet anymore even though there was still more than half an hour of breakfast time left. At over 15€ per person, I found this a bit disappointing but it was still a great breakfast.

The location is nice, the hotel is new, the rooms are big enough, the breakfast is enough. Very glad to stay here❤️

There was dust in the kettle and on the glass tray. When I told them they changed it. I had to go to reception to say this. The only way to reach the reception is to call +49. There is no telephone included in the hotel line in the room. I'm from outside Europe and my phone is in airplane mode in Europe. So I couldn't call reception. Having to make a GSM call to reach the reception is very challenging. As I was staying with my child I couldn't leave the room, so I had to wait in the morning to say this... they fixed the dirty stuff problem 👍

Very comfortable hotel at a good location, directly at the train station. Parking is available next to the hotel for 6€/day. Even though the windows lead directly to train tracks, the hotel has excellent soundproofing - I didn't hear anything from outside - and what's even more rare - from the neighbouring rooms. The beds are very comfortable, as is the bathroom. Two different pillows (softer and harder) are at your disposal, as are couple of clothes hangers and a hair dryer. Tee and coffee are available in the room. Everything seemd quite clean. The price for all of this was very reasonable - I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything was ok, so just nitpicking - the included TV could have possibility to log in to Netflix or Amazon Prime, which are locked there. But this is an extremely minor thing.

Clean, newer, good decor in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely.

Parking. Limited free parking. Option to park across the street or in underground parkade at a cost was surprising to hear at the desk. No mention of that was made in confirmation email. This felt like a punishing fee as we had to check in late after as our travel itinerary did not allow us to get there early. Also please stop asking for passport numbers. My credit card payment had already been processed so there was no need to get more personal information.

The hotel is modern, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a train station behind the hotel but you can't hear anything because the windows are so good. The rooms also come with extra pillows if the ones on the bed are too soft. The breakfast was really good, although a bit expensive. The hotel is right off of the highway so it is easy to get to for a stopover for a night.

The parking situation wasn't very clear upon arrival, although there is a relatively cheap parking lot across the street.

The hotel was close to everything. The staff was fine. Facilities in general were fine. Clean and comfy even the room was “small”

The room was smaller than I paid for. The bed it was nice and cozy, but I think when you booked a room with booking there is a difference if you booked directly with the hotel. We arrived at 3pm when all the rooms are available, but consistently I have noticed when I booked with booking they are giving not the best rooms even we paid for it.

Staff was very helpful and check-in went fast. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Location is great as you can take public transport or walk approx. 25 min. to get down town. Just a few free parking spots in front of the door but across the street you can park for a small fee. Would definitely stay here again!

The only noteworthy thing is the expensive breakfast at €18 p.p.

The people at the front desk were helpful. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, but I don't eat very much so I found it very expensive for my small meal. Love the USB charging plugs in the room - very convenient as you don't need an adapter to charge your devices. Great location; just a few minutes walk from the train and right across the street from the Zoo and gardens.

The shower is open at the end so part of the floor and the toilet got wet. Breakfast is expensive.

I stayed 3 days and nobody came to clean the roomand change the towels. The second day I heard that it is on request. However, although I asked them to clean the room and change the towels, finally nobady came. This is very negative point. The hotel should better organize the personnel and better inform the guests. Also, the pillows were very small.
