For a hotel with a kitchen, this was by far the most spacious and well equipped we have stayed in. Very clean and neat. The kitchen was in a little nook separated from the rest of the studio. Large bathroom as well, and closet space. The location is great. It is 20 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the palace. The zoo was close by and fantastically beautiful with lakes and flowers.

There is no staff. You check in and get keys from a machine that is outside the building. This went fine, but it was a bit confusing. What is good is that you can request extra key cards from the machine.

The facilities are very good and the location is excellent. My first stay in Karlsruhe was at this property when I came to Germany on a 2 year work visa in Dec 2022 and hence preferred it for my last stay as well before relocating back to India, based on the comfortable stay during the first time in Dec 2022.

1, After getting the keys from the machine, the main door of the property got unlocked without any issue but the door on 4th floor did not get unlocked and had to again go back to the machine (with all my luggage) to get a new key, after speaking to customer support. 2. There should have been a working table in the room and a chair with backrest. 3. Salt and Pepper should be provided in the kitchen.

A large, very comfortable, cozy, and spacious apartment. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was very nice. The location was very good, right in front of several bus and tram stops.

The window blinds need replacing. I like to sleep in a dark room that lets in plenty of light. One night we barely slept because someone kept ringing the intercom all night, and we had to disconnect it.

The property's location is great, 4 tram stops from the train station and 5 mins walk from the Supreme Court. The relevant tram stop is opposite the property's entrance. The property is very clean and has got anything for a short stay. The explanation where and how to get a key is clear (guest can get keys from the machine located at another property located 2-3 minutes away). There is an Italian shop and "restaurant" at that property where one can get a decent lunch / nice coffee with Italian sweets / Italian food to take away. There is a grocery shop opposite the property, which is comfortable. I could recommend this property

A bit too small room, which was facing a school, hence, guests can hear children noise when in their school breaks. My special request in relation to claustrophobia was ignored, but changing the room seemed impossible or very difficult due to lack of reception. The staff who came to clean the room on my last day knocked on the door about 30 mins before check out time, which is not nice.

Great location. Across the street from the tram and walking distance to everything. The apartment was complete with everything needed for light meals during short stays. The bed was comfortable and it was roomy.

The apartment we were assigned was on the top floor, and like most places in Europe, there was no AC. We stayed from June 11 to June 24 and most days were pretty hot and sunny, which was great for our days outdoors, but coming back to a pretty hot apartment. Luckily, most nights cooled down and we opened the windows to refresh. If you can, and go during the summer, request an apartment in a different floor.

Overall the room is an appropriate size and we would highly recommend it to new residents.

Room cleaning needs improvement; we noticed waste in the trash can left over from previous guests. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. No napkins were found in the room. The remote control must be cleaned thoroughly.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. In the kitchen, we found everything that we needed. Self-check-in went fast and smoothly. The apartment is centrally located, there is a supermarket across the street. The building is equipped with elevators.

The property is located at an excellent location. You have the Tram station just as you get down and Edeka Supermarket across the road. Lot of shops and restaurants including supermarkets like EDEKA, ALDI, REWE etc. which makes this a very convenient and lively place to stay.

Had to wait for 5 hours as we arrived at 10:00 am and check-in was only at 03:00 pm. It was terrible waiting near the check-in counter in cold. Some facility to at least sit inside, like a waiting area with some chairs or a sofa should be provided.

The local is excellent. Easy travel to the entire city. Paid parking is just round the corner. (Beware - paid parking is very expensive).

Communication with hotel staff was very hard. They did not respond to emails, or phone calls. I had asked them for a car parking place, to which they asked me to send an email. I did so, but got no response.
