This hotel is really lovely. A little gem in Phnom Penh. The building is absolutely stunning. The rooms are lovely - nice pool area. Great location. Good breakfast.

What really tainted our experience, was the fact that the hotel allows outside guests at the pool area. The hotel was already busy as it is and the pool crowded enough. However on both days, when we tried to relax at the pool in the afternoon, there was a group of german and french expats. They really crowded the pool area and it was a bad vibe: Drinking heavily, talking loudly, smoking in the pool! Some people really have no manners. I think the pool should be exclusively for guests, that is what we pay for.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spacious and clean bedrooms and public areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast time and in the hotel restaurants at lunchtime and in the evenings was superb. We stayed for a few nights at the start of our holiday and again at the end after a visit to Siem Reap, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on both occasions. We would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Phnom Penh. It is a haven of peace and tranquility in a busy city, situated close to all the main attractions and great value for money too.

The only minor thing is that the swimming pool is quite small if you are someone who likes to relax by the pool rather than going out and sightseeing like we did. It was nice to have a cooling dip at the end of a hot day though.

Very nice hotel with attentive staff, good breakfast buffet, the pool area is nice and they also have a cafe area with AC from which people can telework. The room was very spacious and had all basic necessities. Overall the hotel has a very nice vibe, and is also very well located.

The only 2 bad points for me were that the room had a constant quite strong smell of humidity/sewage coming from the bathroom area, as noted by other travellers. It’s unpleasant but since everything else is good, not a huge deal. The other point is that the room I got was quite dark during the day despite the big windows, because it had no direct exposure to sunlight, but also not a big deal in itself and it probably helped keep the room not too hot as the temperatures outside are very high this time of the year

It didn’t look like a hotel from the outside and we were delighted with what greeted us when we walked through the big wooden doors. There is a pool full of fish in the main courtyard area before you get to reception where we received a warm welcome and some cool towels and drinks - much needed after our long flight and the heat. Our hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean, as were the other facilities. It has several dining areas - breakfast by the swimming pool, another bar/food area in the central courtyard and an upstairs restaurant where we ate twice during our stay. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel once at the start of our holiday and then again at the end after a visit to Siem Reap - a total of a week. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh as it is very well situated and reasonably priced.

The choice of which cabana you want: there are those which are close to the pool and you could just step into the pool from your private cabana which has 2 lounges and a fan plus an outlet to recharge your Ipad/phone: but the best is always the staff who attend to your needs: from Senior agent Mr. Sopha Phan , Oun Soknea and Oun Srey Nimol at the front desk who always are there to make sure your requests are listened to and accomplished to the pool staff: the towel/maintenance Oun Sophal, pool restaurant staff: Oun Sreyleak, Sreylin, Sreyni, Prorpey, Oun Sai: all of these deserve to be mentioned because they gave EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you : Excellent spa staff: Oun Phorn and Sokhea: professional services provided by these 2 ! Thank you!

Ahh: I do wish there was a separate pool for the kids: while I do appreciate that the pool there is the perfect depth for the kids, if you are going for a staycation time, away from the noise and bustle of the city, it can be too noisy and the families take over the pool so the time to go into the pool was limited: however seeing this from the first day, I chose to go into the pool quite early to avoid the enthusiastic play time!

Our family absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed - the hotel lobby is inviting, peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our room (family of 4) was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and there were so many various options to choose from! We tried their cocktails and dinner options/room service. Everything was fantastic! The location is great too, not to mention the whole staff who were so kind, patient, caring, and always provided service with the biggest smiles! Thank you! We will highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

The room was spacious and spic and span. Breakfast was very good. The pool is terrific with very good options of food at the pool side restaurant. Hotel's restaurant serves delicious food. My reccomendation: The spa at the hotel is a must do. It was very good and relaxing after all the sightseeing in the city.

We booked a taxi to Siem Reap through the hotel but the taxi was in a very bad shape & condition. It was raining and the taxi was leaking from almost all sides. Our luggage got soaked and also, we had to ask the driver to stop during the rain on the highway as his car's wiper were ineffective and the visibility was almost nil.

Beautiful resort hidden in a busy street, but you wouldn't know it. Felt so secluded and private, stunning surrounds, exceptionally helpful staff, and absolutely gorgeous surrounds with a fish pond and fish pellets supplied for feeding :). Breakfast was amazing with again exceptional service. Delicious cocktails at the bar for around $10 - well worth it. Great location - easy walk to most destinations and short Tuk Tuk ride to others. We we're staying for our wedding anniversary and had a lovely surprise waiting for us when we arrived to our room. We booked a couples massage in their spa which was super relaxing and a nice wind down from the busy day. Would definitely stay here again, we has a wonderful experience.

Everything! Lovely, relaxed vibe - a really green, forest like oasis in the midst of the city, within easy walking / tuktuk distance of main sights. Loved the pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing and very varied. We had a studio and even with three of us it felt really spacious and comfortable. The sofa bed is happily a full sized single bed on a platform so even my tall 18-year old found it very comfortable. Extra large bed superb. Lovely bathroom amenities, rainfall shower and quiet, powerful a/c so we slept very well! Interiors were stylish and pleasingly understated. Staff were just wonderful, keen to help and always so friendly. We really appreciated their hospitality. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The pool area was lovely, and the service was excellent. The location in Phnom Penh is fantastic. The staff were top-notch—attentive and welcoming. The spa was great, and I especially enjoyed the oil massage in a private room. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide choice of fresh fruits, made-to-order omelets and eggs, and noodle soup for those who wished. This was our favorite hotel during our 3-week trip in Asia—an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

The only minor downside—which wasn’t an issue for us—was that our standard room’s small balcony faced directly into a wall, with AC motors overhead, making it not the most inviting spot to sit. However, the hotel’s fantastic common areas more than made up for it! For a longer stay, I might consider booking a different room type.
