We had no issues, everything was as it should be, the staff were all friendly and the grounds stunning.

We dinned at a local pub as the menu at Spokes was very limited, it needs a more varied menu.

I've stayed at the Jubilee several times now. It's a great hotel with everything you need at a great price. But I particularly love the location which is tranquil even though it's basically in the middle of the city. I loved having breakfast by the lake in the mornings and also used the table and chairs on the landing to get some work done whilst enjoying the views. I recommend the Jubilee to all my friends who are going to Nottingham!

It was unseasonably warm for the end of April (up to 27°) and the place was very hot without air conditioning. I usually go in November or April when it's just right but I don't think I'd stay there in the summer as it was too hot. There was a window you could open and a fan in the room, but it was still too hot.

Layout and accessibility , very open and roomy friendly feel

The bathroom layout needs revision The single tap was extremely fast flowing very noisy and Difficult to control water flow and get correct cold/ hot mix water flow. Not a fan of this type and very water wasteful Better shelf to hold toiletries, not glass. The glass over sink cover is dangerous and in reality sited to low over the sink There is :- No air conditioning , no obvious heating Beds not being able to fix in position ( twin room) Toilet extract fan not operational No toilet brush Dislike having to step up and over into what is a bath , risk of slipping, why not a shower only layout? The plug did not easily fit the plug. Question how do you clean the plug waste outlet, I hate to think what’s in there.

Easy to park, very comfortable bed and facilities in the room were great. Fantastic choices at the breakfast buffet, with either fruit, yoghurt, granola choices, cereals, cooked breakfast, pastries, cheese and sliced meats, or toast with jam, honey or marmalade. There is also a bar near the reception and a coffee machine with good quality coffee. The area was quiet, although there didn't seem to be any conferences at the time I was staying, which was also during half-term time. The hotel was set in next to a very attractive lake with ducks, geese and moorhens.

I was happy with just about everything, although it would have been great to have hand soap next to the washbasin (there was shower gel and shampoo fixed to the wall inside the shower). It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open on Saturday evening.

A fantastic stay from arrival to departure, Hassad the Duty Manager was very friendly & informative nothing was too much trouble he was very helpful with all aspects of our stay. I was extremely surprised with the size of bedroom very well layed out with an extra seating area for watching television. The bathroom was very clean with lovely toiletries and large towels. The kettle was placed in a cool unit which could be closed when not in use, with plenty of tea, coffee & biscuits. Bed was very comfotable and the room quiet (apart from the geese flying over in morning!!) Great hotel in a lovely setting at the Jubilee Campus will definitely stay again

The Jubilee has a lovely setting (considering it's on an industrial park) - some water around the hotel, looking out across a green space, etc. The room is fairly standard fare, but clean and comfortable. One minor irritation - the light switches and power sockets were only on one side of the bed and (typical) on the "wrong" side of the bed for me, so I couldn't plug my phone in to charge on my side, and I had to crawl across the bed to turn the main lights on and off. Staff were friendly (although given the app based key system, you don't really need to talk to them). I didn't use the café or anything like that, other than to buy a bottle of soft drink from the bar. Given the discounted rate I paid, I think it was decent value and VERY convenient for visiting Queens Medical Centre hospital, which is about a 10 minute brisk walk.

Lakeside setting on University Jubilee Campus. Facilities of convention centre Good size room. Accommodated early check in. Helpful friendly staff decent size tv and range of apps and good WiFi. Good breakfast in our package. Close to Wollaston deer park. Also the main University Gardens about 2 miles away are worth a visit.

Limited choice for dinner, and it too a whikle to come. My fish and chips was very good whereas the Thai veg curry had limited range of veg and my wife considered watery. Personal issue us that I don't like a shower over a bath and prefer acwalk in shower

I would very much like to thank the gentleman on the evening hotel reception and on shift on Sunday morning. LASSAD certainly deserves your 'The Employee of the Month' Award for his civility, good humour, helpfulness and attention to detail with the information I requested and which he offered even though at the time I'd not realised I needed to know - but later found I did! The room itself was large and beautiful, the bathroom perfect and the furniture and furnishings way above a three star standard. I slept really, really well in an exceptionally comfortable bed. Going to the East Midlands Conference Centre I used the one push button to hail the taxi service which was quick and reasonably priced at £6.50 - to my surprise. Buffet breakfast on Sunday was a real delight. A good choice of Continental and British options to eat in the Spokes Cafe - a spacious room with views over the lake. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Apart from signage to the hotel, which IN THE DARK leaves a great deal to be desired as its not on a contrasting background, and worse still is cluttered with all things that are NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL AT ALL, signage was indeed present from 'Jubilee Campus' and University references. In the daylight, and on a second visit, its quite easy to see the directions. I know, I should have had a fully charged mobile phone and followed the audible directions but I didn't, so I couldn't. Other than that I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a conference centre and had a delightful atrium reception. Our room looked over the lake which had large carp swimming and nesting moorhens. The room was very clean and a good size. An N'espresso machine with 4 pods. A very comfy bed and loved the pillows. Nice sized shower room and plenty of USB points for our devices. The University campus was quiet. A short walk to a bus stop to get into the city which is 1.8 miles away. Free parking.

The coffee shop is only open weekdays but you can get a coffee at the bar in the atrium.

Parking was a breeze, free and easy. The staff at the Reception, Bar and service were friendly and helpful. The room was warm, clean, spacious and had all the needed facilities. Breakfast was lovely and again really nice cheerful staff.

The "Bar" area was the only place to eat food in the evenings; it was VERY cold ss its a large open space, behind reception. Like a large atrium, most people were sat wearing coats and jumpers as it simply was not heated. The setain also was sparse and I had to wait for somewhere to sit, ,most of it was lofa sofa style seating which uncomfortable seating to eat from. This was the one fault I had with the whole visit
