On arrival car parking was very good. Receptionist was efficient and very helpful. We had been delayed by heavy traffic but we were welcomed very well. After we had checked in and been given our room card the Receptionist took the time to show us how to check our car in for the 2 night parking space. We used the lift to find our room. The room was clean and tidy. We liked the walked in shower which was perfect as we are elderly and not able to use a bath. We required a taxi service and the receptionist who had been very busy telephoned the taxi company. While we waited for the taxi on a busy Friday evening it gave us time to look around the Restaurant area. Breakfast had plenty of choice, fresh and well cooked. Coffee machines were excellent. Cutlery and plates nice and clean. Staff were very attentive. The passageway was clean and quiet. We slept very well.

Nothing to dislike.

Difficult finding the hotel even following the correct postcode,frustrating after long journey, had to phone hotel to guide us there,apparently it often happens ,so better direction needed if postcode doesn’t work correctly. Also I informed the hotel when booking that I was gluten intolerance had emailed back saying not a problem,when asking for evening meal,only thing available soup, salad, or steak , so had to have steak which was obviously the most expensive dish .

Location suited my needs although only because I was in a car. Nothing amenity-wise close by. Bed comfortable, quiet location, usual pleasant Ibis decor. They're ok for short stop overs but rooms lack storage facilities for longer.

Staff on arrival not that welcoming, providing insufficient info (if any!). Having to pay £24 parking on top of the price - not overtly clear on booking. Lack if storage space, broken coat hanger, lumps if dust attached to bottom of kettle heater base and in skirting.

Friendly staff, everything very clean and in great working order. The room aesthetic was unusual, especially the mystery missing light fitting holes. The hotel team were great in providing for those staying for the carnival, with maps for newbies, and catering for people late into the night.

The vents in bathrooms can get very loud, when I asked about it the following morning I was advised they were being looked at. The vent system means if people in some rooms turn theirs down it increases the air flow and noise in other rooms. Pedestrian access between the hotel and Bridgwater town is a bit challenging, and inaccessible for people with mobility issues. This should be made clear to visitors. I'm a local able and used to walking along narrow verges, others might not be.

Easy check in and clean tidy rooms. Restaurant on site, friendly staff.

Cleaners woke me up to see if i had left the room. I chose this hotel as check out was 12pm, so cleaners shouldn't be bothering guests before that time. I work late so was trying to catch up on sleep, so wasn't very impressed. Also parking is charged, didn't make that clear at time of booking, only after booking was confirmed. Was you add parking, there are def cheaper places to stay that offer the same thing.

Strategically place if heading to Bristol Airport. Good sized rooms.

The additional charge for parking as most hotels have this in the price, especially when no where else to park, so just include in booking price. We took our dog which was good, but the addition of £15 per night per pet was a lot. Add this to the website booking and not tell people when they arrive. The pet and the parking is £24 per night from a captive audience that have already arrive and made plans.

This was a stopover and therefore a great location right on the M5, views from the room over the river were beautiful and beds and room were comfy. The parking is a bit steep considering there is no way you would get there any other way than by car. It should just be put on the room rate. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and I'd like to specially mention Nana. We were not informed by the evening staff that breakfast would be more expensive when booked on the day then when you book the night before (Simple misunderstanding, no one's fault) but Nana swiftly booked us for the discounted rate without any fuss! Thanks Nana,that is great customer service in action!

Very convenient location if wanting to break a journey on the M5. Hotel is on a business/industrial park with a Scania truck site and a massive Morrison's distribution centre as neighbours. Was quiet at the weekend.. You are virtually obliged to leave your car in the hotel car park which costs £9 (or £6 in advance) on top of room cost. Breakfast was another £9 each - eat as much as you like, so filling, even if nothing was very tasty. Room was big enough for 2 people, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent in the spacious bathroom. Industrial-type decor of concrete walls and racking-type furniture may not be to everyone's taste, but everywhere was clean - including corridors and the stairs (which many other hotels fail to clean regularly in my experience).

Breakfast buffet was very bland, but it fills a gap in your stomach. Lifts are small for the size of hotel, so we found stairs were quicker.

Only stayed one night but my experience wss that it was a perfectly serviceable stay in a chain hotel. Good sized en-suite room with comfortable bed and hot shower.

Nothing really. It would have been nice though to have drinking water in the room for use in the kettle provided instead of having to traipse down to the bar and get water from there. Hotel is clearly aimed at business people in cars, located as ot is on an industrial estate off a major road with no shops nearby.

Breakfast was amazing, we loved the fact that breakfast didn't stop early. It's available till 11 so you can have a lie in if you want to and still get food! Everything was hot and very tasty. Good selection of drinks. Hotel was very quiet so we slept well.

No ceiling lights in rooms so if you're in a bigger room (accessible room) the room can seem a little dark as there are only lamps next to the bed and one by the door.
