The staff was very friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed.
My timing was poor as I stayed the night of a live band - but, the band was very very good! It is a lively pub and I knew that when I booked it - so no regrets.

We liked the the pub, the staff were helpful and friendly. The place was clean. Nice rooms, We had one with on suite bathroom which was lovely. The dinner was good we were really hungry after travelling for 7 hours, breakfast was excellent.
The stairs weren't easy to get up and down with two/ three people with knee and back issues. I wasn't expecting to be on top floor as my mother and daughter really struggle to walk without falling and have trouble with stairs.Id liked to have known that when booking but it was a nice place to stay for anyone able bodied.

Breakfast was good, evening meals were really excellent, great value too. Location was smack in the middle of town, couldn't be better. Parking round the back, several other pubs/ restaurants within a couple of hundred yards. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, I immediately felt at home. Room was... quaint. It reminded me of staying at my granny's as a kid! Not posh, a pretty tired old building tbh, but loads of character, I loved it but if you're expecting a Premier Inn, you've come to the wrong place.
Be prepared to have two sweet little spaniels stare at you while you eat 😅 The owner did ask if I wanted them away, I said they were fine,

Great location for the centre of Wellington with easy free car parking along with being close to council car parking . The room was clean and comfortable, and suited for a two night stay. The breakfast was great Dave cooked breakfast to order. The Vintage does great lunch and evening meals and has a good range of drinks available at good prices. The Bass and the Guinness are to be recommended. All staff are very friendly and helpful with information about the area.
Nothing it's a great place to stay in Wellington

It was great value for money, staff were good fun and chatty, who we believe was the owner, Dave, had a good honest chat with us in the morning, cooked us a fab full English breakfast, my wife is vegetarian and that was no problem so a full vegetarian bekky for her too. Dave gave me a second key to our room as I was staying with a pal for a few hours for drinks and get togther, I knew I wasn't going to get back to the B & B until the early hours, Dave was more than accommdating and welcomed me in at around 04:30. Looking forward to going back in the New Year.
Nothing, absolutely nothing!

Extremely comfortable beds. Rooms were lovely. Dave and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Lots of choice for breakfast (we all had cooked Inc vegetarian/vegan/full english) and evening meal if want to as well. Beautiful garden at the back. The Vintage Inn is a very convenient stop travelling to Cornwall and visited Glastonbury on the way. This is great value, more personal and individual to staying in a chain hotel.

The property is really lovely. It is vintage there is a file in the room that tells you all about the heritage of the property and the people who owed it through the ages. Also about the history of Wellington. The decor is very much in time with the age of the property. The people were very obliging and friendly. There was parking in an enclosed area which was super too. The breakfast was really great. I really enjoyed my night there . I had my small dog with me. It’s a very dog friendly property. I would definitely recommend.
There was nothing to dislike 😁

Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious. Staff were lovely. Car park and beer garden great. Dogs made welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area. Even Friday night disco didn't disturb us too much
The shower in the ensuite was a bit rubbish, poor water pressure which caused temp control issues. And there was a poorly placed bookcase in the way of the room door which made carrying stuff in and out of the room difficult.

A small and friendly Inn which was friendly and quaint. Brilliant - Dog Friendly and we shared our fantastic 18oz T-Bone Steaks with two gorgeous King Charles Spaniels. So albeit the decor, furniture and building are dated, the food is hearty wholesome and fantastic, and very reasonably priced this is great value and the staff are superb, particularly Katy and the Chef. PS if you don't like dogs go somewhere else, we loved it.
