- Great Location. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Room was clean and tidy on the whole. - Air-con is amazing, a god send! - For one of the cheaper hotels in the city, very good value.

- Could do with some touch ups. Eg, chipped paint on walls, limescale build up on shower floor and grouting in some areas has turned black - If you struggling with climbing steps, be cautious that you do have to climb some steps to get into reception. - Few staff around (1 receptionist which understandably can’t be behind reception constantly so be prepared to hang around for a while if you need something, sometimes 10-20 minutes) - It is a basic hotel at a good price, do not expect a grand hotel with a posh reception and everything perfect. Anyone from the UK - think premier inn. - Side note, I found the mattress hard which I find uncomfortable but that’s just a personal preference :)

Hotel was a great location to walk to every attraction you would want to, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, easily identifiable to find at night, off a side street and very quiet at night.

shower/tub setup was fine, but the glass shower wall did nothing and water literally sprays all over the floors and soaks the towels - hot showers will also make everything moist in the bathroom

This location is ideal for walking to all the main attractions in Rome. There are numerous shops and restaurants surrounding the area. The staff will arrange an airport transfer to and from if required - taxi service is unreliable otherwise.

If the outside elevator door isn't closed properly by the last person who uses it, the elevator will not move. This resulted in us having to walk up a few flights to our floor. A little too much room spray was used by cleaning staff - the second day was much better. We should have asked for more pillows, they are a bit flat.

Situated in an excellent location, the adjoining room we were given was clean, and spacious, suiting our family well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was variety in the good quality, continental breakfast. The kids especially loved the old fashioned lift. It was tight squeeze for four of us, but it added to the charm, and is typical of boutique hotels in the city.

Loved this property. At first it was hard to find as there are no signs out front but the rooms were clean and modern, staff was wonderful, location was perfect, have no complaints

Only flaw I could say is the beds were a little hard for my liking but that’s my personal preference. Everything else was perfect!

Very central and the room though simple had everything, even a frigo bar. They even provided some milk for the tea in the room

Just a very small issue, they could refill the frigo bar on a daily basis. We consumed the drinks on the first day and they didn't refill.

Air-con was phenomenal in room and such a relief to come back to when sight-seeing in 37°C heat. Location too was perfect with Trevi Fountain 2 mins walk away (to the right on exit) and the Pantheon 5 mins walk away when exiting left of hotel.

Nothing really - thought the (usual) items in mini-fridge were a bit overpriced, even for Rome standards.

This was our third visit to Rome and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Very friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and looked after. The location is just perfect, within walking distance of most major attractions. Our room was airy and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was much appreciated! Such a varied choice for breakfast, very very good. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby for lunch and dinner.

There was nothing I could fault! I would stay here again without hesitation. Just perfect!

Great location. The room was big, staff were lovely. Nice hotel, good value for money - I would recommend and would go back

The duvet didnt have a cover on it. Just a sheet underneath it and over it. This grosses me out

The hotel was very close to main attractions (pantheon and Trevi in particular). The downside of the location during our stay was the business in the parliament building opposite which made it hard to access the hotel at times- not the fault of the hotel though. The room was lovely, nicely air conditioned and very clean. The tv in the room had Netflix which was brilliant. The facilities were generally very good but the lift was a little slow, this didn’t bother us though. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room which was excellent, a full and varied continental breakfast, however, there were small fruit flies surrounding the uncovered food each morning and we considered the food would likely be wrapped and reused the next morning which limited the food we chose then for breakfast. the bananas were spoiled on our first morning and unfortunately did not get replaced during our stay. The staff were friendly and overall, I would recommend staying here.

uncovered breakfast food items which attracted fruit flies and the shower has a tendency to overflow if not stopped as the drain was partially blocked. Otherwise nothing else was bad!
