I recently stayed at Quest Hotel with my son in one of their studio apartment rooms, and we had a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially after a fun day at Monster Jam. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare quick snacks, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after an action-packed day. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had all we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a great retreat after our exciting outing. We would happily stay here again!

While the stay was wonderful, the rate felt a bit high for just one night.

Everything was near perfect to the staff greeting you and willing to help and all with a smile. The staff gave us directions to where we needed to go and were super gentle and kind, Everything was clean and presented very nicely. Will be going again

But the only thing i could say that was not amazing was the fact that the air conditioning unit did not work so while it was stuffy in the room we had to sleep with the window open and listen to the busy streets over night. As well the water pressure was not the best thing yo shower in but it was the perfect temperature

I was so happy with our stay, I've booked again for August. It was definitely on the quite pricey side for this particular visit, but I was happy with the facilities, the location, the parking, and the staff who were so very lovely. We were able to have 4x single beds, which is rare to find these days (seems teens aren't too keen to sleep with Mum or Grandma - or especially each other these days!) And the communication prior to our arrival asking how they could best accommodate us was much appreciated. The location is within a very easy walk to the stadiums, and I even noted that reception was playing the music of the concert we were seeing - nice touch! The rooms were lovely and well fit out. The beds very comfy, and the pillows were great..! AND I am told they are getting refurbished? So can't wait to visit again and check it out!

Location. Staff were friendly & helpful. I had a wonderful woman who rang to confirm my booking and explained the parking options as their onsite parking was fully booked. She went on to send me an email with the link to make it easier for me, and it seemed like it was no trouble at all. The woman who checked us in was also very helpful and explained some good places to eat within walking distance and to make sure we knew which side of the stadium we would need to enter for our event. The location was definitely the biggest selling point for me, but I was also pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Great coffee at a Cafe on the corner and a convenience store right next door.

The gym was very basic in a tiny room. I'm assuming that people would only have short stays for events, which is why this space feels like an afterthought, but I would still expect a bit more. I love the gym, but this left me uninspired so opted for long walks during my stay. Room was tidy, comfortable & modern enough, but you could see where there had been ongoing waterproof issues around the shower. There were also only two pillows on a king bed, I've come to expect two pillows per person of different firmness, which seems to be the usual in every place I've stayed in recent years. I'm sure that the staff would have been accommodating if we requested more pillows, but we made do for our short stay.

Room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly very quiet! Loved that they had big bottles shampoo/conditioner ect…much less to pack then! Easy walk to stadium and the dome for events and close enough to walk to shops/woolies if needed. Staff were fabulous and very efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything but I think it would be awesome to have some Luggage scales in the lobby or something like that.

I booked the queen and the bed was massive! Loved it. The facilities were clean. I used the kitchen and found them perfect for a short term stay. There is a woolies metro nearby to pick up groceries if you are looking to cook your meals or are on a strict diet. The staff were lovely and it was easy to find and close enough to Qudos Arena to walk back late at night and it was rather safe. There is massive building construction going on in the area but I didn’t hear anything. There is a cafe a few doors down if you want a morning coffee. Homebush DFO and bicentennial park is a short drive away.

I could hear the conversations of the next door neighbours quite clearly hahaha. They could just be loud talkers but it did make me self aware of the volume of noise I was making.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful on arrival. The room was awesome. Loved that you weren’t given small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Instead they had huge pump bottles in the shower. It was one of the best hotel showers I’ve used.

Maybe the toiletries should be placed on the basin. I thought there wasn’t any. Then I looked in the bathroom drawer the next day and found the shower cap I was looking for.

The property was close and convenient to Sydney Olympic park. The facilities were clean and tidy. Plenty of space too.

Parking not being included. The car park was full too. Council parking was available close by, but tickets had to be updated each 24hrs so a fine didn’t occur. Which was annoying when check in was 2pm and ticket had to be refreshed 2pm next day, so had to leave event half way thru to go back to the car to refresh the ticket. Parking rangers patrolling like eagles. If car park was included or able to be reserved on booking, this would have rectified that issue.

Location was perfect for attending a concert. The room was great and had a kitchenette where we could actually cook food. The balcony was great, especially having a screen door to allow for breeze when opened. Had a large TV and the room was very soundproof. Staff were wonderful!

We read the reviews and there were a few about cleanliness and loud air conditioners. We were unlucky and had a room with a noisy air conditioner which sounded like a bubbling kettle. The room itself was clean but did have a little bit of mould in the shower probably because there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and the doona had yellow stains on it. Nothing too sinister, and apart from those small details, it was a great stay!!

The room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and in walking distance to Qudos Stadium.

It was disappointing to find out two days before the stay that I was not eligible for parking as ‘I had not requested it’ and their carpark was now full. No where on the Booking.com site did it specify that we had to request it. This created some anxiety as we were unsure as to where to park. We parked in the adjoining carpark (P2) and paid $35 for 24 hours. Thankfully, we were there early and secured a spot. Upon checking in, we were told there was a car spot available in the Quest carpark for $44!
