Great Location and Friendly Staff, but a Hair-Raising Experience at Inn at Laurel Point. My recent stay at the Inn at Laurel Point was mostly delightful, highlighted by its fantastic location and exceptional staff. Nestled by the waterfront, the hotel offers stunning views and convenient access to local attractions, making it a prime spot for both relaxation and exploration. The staff at the Inn at Laurel Point were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, and the valet parking service was a wonderful bonus, adding an extra layer of convenience to our visit. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the serene ambiance of the hotel’s surroundings. However, our stay did have one unfortunate hiccup. When we plugged in the hair dryer, it blew up almost immediately, emitting smoke and causing quite a scare. While the hotel staff promptly replaced the faulty hair dryer, they did not offer any compensation or even a complimentary breakfast or coffee for the frightening incident. Despite this mishap, our overall experience at the Inn at Laurel Point was positive. The stunning location, combined with the friendly and accommodating staff, makes it a hotel worth considering. Just be sure to double-check the appliances in your room before using them.

We caught the Black Ball boat to and from Port Angeles, Wa, and found Inn at Laurel Point convient to access. The staff were positive and helpful. Most all rooms look out to the bay, and the restaurant has a wonderful view looking in the direction of the Empress hotel lit up at night. Most all the amenities on site you would want, including covered parking. A very pleasant place I will return to in the future. One more comment, do take a walk below the hotel along the bay, as it is a great way to leisurely see the Victoria inner harbor.

The view from the room was incredible. They delivered a complimentary birthday cake to the room for me. The room was spacious and very quiet. You have balcony to enjoy the view. Front desk people were super nice and they early checked in us.
They did not have enough towel for two people and I had to ask twice for more towels. Slippers, you also have to ask or you won't have them. I knew about the location but there is a little distance from everywhere. I think if you are a traveller and you want to truly enjoy the hotel and tour around. you need at least two nights in victoria.

The great thing about the stay was the view of the inner harbour, friendly staff and the breakfast. I ordered Aura Benny and this signature breakfast surprised me. They also provided valet parking services.
The washroom door was not in its right position, and it could not be closed fully. Another thing was the plug socket was not enough for us to use. We have 3 phones, 2 switches, 2 Apple watches, and 1 laptop. We only find two plug sockets and several USB-A ports. I hope the hotel can provide some more.

Very nice and great location. The restaurant Aura was amazing - food was delicious!
The rooms weren’t as quiet as I thought it would be. We heard doors closing and people’s conversations from the hallway. The other thing I didn’t like was that the booking site didn’t say we had to pay for parking. When we arrived, the property said we had to pay for daily parking. Was not happy about that.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s definitely worth it to get the harbor view when booking. From our window we could watch sea planes land and water taxis go by, spotted a couple of sea lions swimming by, and the enjoyed seeing the bridge and city lit up. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. All of the staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Excellent stay!

Great location, nice view and access to seawall and harbour
The bathroom was very outdated. It was a tub rather than walk-in shower and the shower head was way too low (I am 6’1”” and it was hitting directly in the face). The toilet was also only suitable for a very short person. There was no fan. The parking is apart from the hotel so you need to use the lobby to shuttle your luggage in and out.

The room was excellent, great view and lots of space. The venue was very nice and the staff amazing. When my bank was having issues they were very kind and patient while they helped me resolve it.
It was a little confusing getting to the room as the door numbers seemed to jump into a different hall. And the bathroom, more specifically the shower, didn't have the best lighting. But it was a very enjoyable experience so those pale in comparison to everything else.

Very pet (2 dogs) friendly hotel. Great location on the Inner Harbor. Great harbor view from our room. Free EV charging in the hotel's parking garage. Aura restaurant in the hotel is outstanding (excellent food and view) and the Duo Cafe has delicious food for breakfast.
Microwave in the room would be nice.

We did not appreciate seeing the American flag flying beside Canadian, BC and British flags. Given the current US attacks against Canada, we consider the Stars and Stripes flying beside our flag to be remarkably tone deaf.
