The hotel is really nice and located in a calm area. We could sleep with the windows opened and were not bothered by any noise. They were kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us. The apartment looked great, it was clean and fully equipped. We also tried the restaurant for breakfasts and had one dinner there, the food was really good and the staff kind.

The only negative point would be the sauna : we tried it once and it was not warm at all, we could touch the stones with our bare hands. We thought we needed to reserve it first as it was mentioned on a paper there but at the reception they confirmed we did not. I got my clothes locked in the locker there so my husband had to go to the reception who eventually supported after some misunderstandings (they thought the issue was with the safe in the room). He mentioned the heating issue of the sauna and they told us to inform the maintenance guy ourselves, which I believe is not the best way to handle the situation specially with the language barrier.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to this beautiful city—highly recommended

The breakfast options are unreasonably expensive - no matter how good the breakfast is (I didn't try it) , you can surely find much better breakfast for much cheaper outside the hotel, not to mention at the price the hotel is demanding.

I booked this hotel and am a member of Radisson Rewards l, however they don’t give points if booked through booking.com. This needs to be resolved/ or communicated clearly as this is not the case with other reward programs.

The stuff was on a super vibe and welcomed us at the midnight with a warm hospitality. The breakfast are is comfy, food - great selection. The biliard was total hit for our son. It was 2nd day they were working! It was great experience to live in the brand new hotel

I received an email from booking.com stating that the hotel wanted to charge me 3000 zloty for “large damage” to the room ! I called them immediately and requested to speak to the manager and I was told he was unavailable ? I travelled with my partner both mature individuals, not Rock Stars or the like and as far as we were concerned our behaviour was good and there had certainly not been any “large damage” nor any damage nor accidents in the room that we were aware of, in fact we generally leave rooms as they were found ? I have send an email to the hotel requesting clarification and have had no response ? The hotel was great otherwise

The hotel lounge is well-designed and highly functional. On the left side, there is a game area featuring a pool table, providing a fun way to relax. On the right side, a long table with power outlets is perfect for those who need to work and stay connected. The interior of the hotel is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. It feels open and dynamic, never monotonous, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Breakfast is satisfactory and provides everything needed for a good start to the day, especially for those with work commitments. Brand new, very stylish and modern hotel. Comfy and large bed. The room has all the essentials you might need: clothes steamer, hair dryer, coffee machine, tea kettle. We booked a room with breakfast included. It was very good, lots of various options. Even though the hotel is facing a very busy street- you can't hear any noise, very good soundproofing. Same goes for the rooms next doors or the hallways- no annoying noises from the outside. The parking is quite expensive (as it is everywhere though) but is located in the underground level of the hotel so there's an elevator that takes you from there directly to the reception area and the floor you're on. We found this very comfortable. You do not have to drag your bags across some parking lot. Would definitely come back!

Very modern and wonderful hotel, and rooms that really are comfortable. Breakfast was nice and worth the price and the restaurant has some really nice food option which taste good. The hotel itself is located 20 mins walk from Old town which is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to be close. The train station and mall are no more than 25 mins walk, plenty of restaurants near by and room are well insulated for a good and quiet nights sleep. Aircon took a little bit of playing with to be comfortable but if it’s a hot day, your room will certainly be nice and cool. If you want a small snack or quick bottle of wine, there is a żabka in the same area as the hotel but be aware it’s only open till 23hr. The underground parking is a little expensive but I am satisfied to have paid the price especially knowing that my car was safe in the garage so all in all I would say worth 90zł a day. We took a bigger room for 3 nights and it’s certainly worth the price, and I would not hesitate to stay in any other Radisson hotels.
