The Reine Victoria is a classic 19th c. hotel in St. Moritz Bad area. It is walking distance from one of the main gondolas to the mountains. The hotel restaurant is very good for dinner - and the included breakfast set up in the AM is ample and varied. There is a nice bar at the hotel. The beds have wonderful eiderdowns and feather pillows. They have a relationship with a wonderful spa across the street with a pool and full services.

The room was very spartan - clean and adequately furniture but with no “deluxe” feeling and no real decorative elements. The 4th floor needs maintenance in the hallways. The public areas on the main floor need help from a designer as the main rug and wall color scheme as well as the funky furniture looked to us to be bargain purchases. The outside needs maintenance as well as we saw peeling paint and rusty metal work. There is only a small spa at the hotel itself.

Wonderful breakfast and overall ambience in an older property with lots of charm. There was live music in the bar and free gondola lift tickets if you stay more than 2 nights. A nice location which is a nice 20 min lakeside walk into the start of town. Close to LIDL supermarket too. We went in summer and the weather was perfect with some snow still falling on the peaks.

St Moritz is very expensive and since we had just come from Italy with the same mountains it was much better value south of the border. We self catered and did not eat out. A nice stop for couples but for a family at any time but especially in winter, it would cost an arm and a leg.

The building is beautiful old worldly Queen Victoria style as per the name, and we got an amazing room-huge and luxe and newly decorated.The girl Michaela on reception was exceptional - so helpful and friendly.Free shuttle bus with hotel and free local transport with hotel nights-fantastic for going up the mountain free to Muragl which is unbelievably spectacular. Also the lake- Lej Staz en route for a good hike and lake swimming.

We were told that the restaurant was only available for groups(bit strange),so we had to go out both nights which was also nice but for a luxe hotel,I expect a dining option. Vic's bar was lovely although we did not have a drink there. The hotel is probably undergoing a restyle as it has huge potential with unstyled huge open spaces.Alas no nice outdoors where there could be a beautiful terrace with a view.Rooms fabulous but why oh why install cheap shower heads in the bathtub instead of adding a big luxe shower? No coffee machine and no shower cap or vanity set...bit remiss.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms, warm hospitality, and excellent breakfast. One of the highlights was being able to step right out of the hotel and onto a scenic trail around Lake St. Moritz—an easy, beautiful half-hour walk that led us up into town. We’d recommend asking the front desk to arrange a horse and carriage ride—it picks you up right from the hotel and is a lovely way to explore the area. Roberto’s, just a stone’s throw away, was a charming and easy dinner spot, and the lakefront restaurants as well as those recommended in town added to the experience.

We paid a very good rate and so I expected the hotel to be adequate rather than good. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The spacious rooms were very nice and clean with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and the cocktail bar and lounge areas had a sense of grandeur about them. It was a group visit and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It would have been nice if the hotel had its own pool. We could use the facilities in the group's other hotel across the road, but didn't fancy making the admittedly very short walk.

The beds are like little clouds and the rooms hold historical charm with a modern flair. Each detail made the stay memorable and a place we would like to return to in the future. The bar was a great welcome option upon arrival and the bartender added the extra cheer for our teenagers. All staff was ready and eager to help at any time. We also found the shuttle from the train to be efficient and so easy to connect with after a long day of travel. Very pleasant stay indeed!

A shuttle up to the town above would be the added touch to make this stay exceptional. It was a rainy evening the taxi drivers really uncharge for any trips to town. We expected this but a shuttle would be wonderful.

Wonderful interior, pure history! Staff was very friendly, i had a massage and that was excellent as well! Breakfast is also great! Location is great if you want to be near the Signalbahn.

There were two pillows, both VERY soft. So even if you put them on top of each other, it almost felt like no pillow at all. A choice between a softer akd harder option would be great.

The receptionist, Michela was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She offered great advice on things to do which greatly enhanced our stay in St Moritz. We were extremely pleased to be upgraded as it was a special birthday for my husband. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff there were friendly and helpful. All in all, we loved the old world charm of the hotel and its location suited us perfectly.

Nothing really

the hotel is nice and clean. It is very close to the cable car. They have shuttle services that pick up and drop off from the train station. The breakfast is decent. It’s a good option for those who come for skiing and want to stay in a relatively affordable place compared to the surrounding hotels.

The pillows were bad and uncomfortable.

The hotel had a lot of elegance and charm. The rooms are large and comfortable. You feel a certain history while walking the corridors. The lobby and bar are very nicely decorated. Excellent hotel. The bar tender Youssef was very friendly as well.

The two young ladies at the front desk did their job but lucked an understanding of how to make to guessed feel welcomed. It felt like you were bothering them when you approached them.
