Accessibility, ambience and services staff .. polite , cooperative and smartly dressed ..

I was told by the check in desk that my booking entitles me to credit of food vouchers worth 3000 which can be adjusted at the time of settlement of the bill at time of checkout .. however when I sought the credit was told that the credit is applicable only on day 2 of stay not one day 1 . I pleaded with them if that was the case why was this info not divulged when the check in desk advised me of this credit available on my booking .. anyway I left the hotel leaving them to decide what they want to do refund it against my restaurant bill of 14309 or ???

The location of The Taj is so central and convenient that it took care of all the essential needs. Then the experience they gave me right from the moment I reached their gates was something I wish all hotels emulate. Every staff member from the highest to the lowest that I encountered effused positivity and a sense of ownership. The janitor, the waiter, the reception staff, the chef, the bar an and every soul there smiled as if it came form the heart. The room itself left nothing to be desired with every essential item kept where it was needed. The drinking water was adequate even without asking for it. I also found the senior staff assisting the rookie staff in learning the work which speaks of the depth of the staff members. I found this attitude right till I checked out and stepped into my car to leave. The experience was purely exhilarating. Wah Taj, Wah.

They need to have a better pool

Management team were extremely helpful and they were excellent. I had no plan to stay here since my booking was confirmed at Taj/Vivanta Yeshwanthpur but the team was not helpful to find my booking but same issue was with Taj MG road was also there but team found solution with there talent and links and gave room early upon request. When I booked and received confirmation and properly couldn’t find booking they should take care next procedure to help us as we know nothing about property and booking issues but this is not with Taj MG road property and I’m so thankful to whole team. Mr Sunil and Mr Omio - room service boys were also helpful on fast service and so thankful to them too. Always love Taj. - Niranjan Adri ….@!

Breakfast was not included in booking.

Excellent Location. Bang in the middle of the city. Mall and Eateries very clsoe by. The metro is also very close. Despite the middle of the city location, nice views of greenery. Very helpful staff and excellent service. Food was good too

The entry area was always crowded because of a night club in the premises and the cars/taxis had a bit of wait going around the entry area. Though it is the rainy season, there were small flies in the bathroom, not what I expected from Taj!

I had taken a package of stay with breakfast and dinner. It was only during dinners both mom and I didn’t feel very comfortable despite paying full charges. Staff would barely attend to us. One of the dinner time when I checked if we can have dinner pool side staff straight up refused. It was a he. And he was totally impolite.

Overall behavior of the staff during breakfast or dinner time should be more polite and warm.

The location for breakfast is very pleasant - though I don't have breakfast. However from what I observed was available - the choice looked very good and varied.

My only disappointment was the margarita I ordered. On my last trip - the margarita was SO GOOD I did a video on how it was made, served and tasted as a business example of excellence. This time around the drink was sadly lacking in taste and presentation. Only a small thing - yet one of the reasons I was looking forward to staying with you was the perfect margarita by the pool. Maybe next time?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj MG Road in Bangalore for a one-night getaway, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome that set the tone for the entire stay. The staff at Taj MG Road truly understands the art of hospitality, and their commitment to providing top-notch service is evident in every interaction. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the staff ensuring that all my preferences were taken into account. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel like a valued guest right from the beginning. The room itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The elegant decor, coupled with modern amenities, created a perfect ambiance for relaxation. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was evident, providing a sense of reassurance during these times.

Nothing to complain about.

The choice of restaurants. Service was slow at the restaurant by the pool. Drink was served and then no one to take the food order. Finally, I managed to get a waiter to order the food. Reminded them three times after an hour of waiting. Finally left without dinner as I had a meeting to attend to. Check in staff were excellent as usual. Asked me what time my flight was and if I wanted a packed breakfast.

I stayed at Taj MG Road, Bangalore in October 2023 for one night. I arrived early morning in Bangalore from London but unfortunately, my suitcase was not loaded on the flight, and arrived at the hotel without my suitcase. It was such a frustrating experience not to have my belongings in a foreign country. I spent most of my day trying to reach British Airways to locate my bag but they were not helpful at all. Then I went down to the concierge desk and spoke to Kondaiah for suggestions and he was really helpful in trying to get in touch with Taj's airport staff to find out about my luggage by checking with British Airways staff there. I was informed that the luggage would be arriving the next day but I was not informed by BA about when the luggage would be arriving at Taj hotel. Again, Kondaiah managed to find out the approximate time of my luggage delivery also he gave me his WhatsApp address so that he could message me when my luggage arrives at the hotel (I checked out on the day and I was staying at a different hotel). My luggage arrived around 8pm that evening and I was able to collect it without hustle. The whole experience was really frustrating but I was so happy to meet such a caring person and it made me happy at the end of the trip.

Cleanliness, friendly n caring staff. I appreciate their concern about their clients. That takes the organisation a longway , and it shows, how, they are tuned by the organisation, as well. Very well organised room. Mention about Mr.Abhishek, front office. He z exceptionlly great individual.

I have arrived to ur property at around 1.30 am on 30-06-24. One of ur clients vomitted in the lift. Staff didn't notice until it was pointed . Wanted to bring to ur notice.
