Set up valet but sometimes parked ourselves and still had to pay we felt uninformed and incurred extra charges Room and bed was way too small. If you can you should get a king or queen room. I'm not sure i realized the bed would be a double. Room staff never came to our room and finally after 3 days we asked for our garbage to be emptied and some towels and toilet paper.

The whole place has an amazing vibe! I felt so cool just walking in. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room was very cool. I loved the platform bed with the lights underneath the bed, it kept me from having to have the ceiling lights on all the time, which I loved.

I wish the rooms were a little bigger and my shower didn’t look like it was fully cleaned before I got in there but other than that, everything else was great. The cleaning staff was so nice, always greeting me whenever I was walking around.

Really lovely hotel so different and quirky nice touch that you got a free drink token on arrival, CeCe who booked us in was really welcoming and helpful, great location , lovely area outside to sit in the sunshine, would highly recommend 👍 just one tiny negative hated the bed linen no quilt! A sheet and very scratchy blanket, looked trendy but really uncomfortable.

Cute design, feels like everything is new and crisp, nicely presented and well thought through. Also, really great, personable staff.

Window doesn’t open for fresh air but I’m not sure how much anyone can do about that. Could have done with somewhere to put our suitcases or any of our stuff other than the things we could hang on one of the 34(!) (I counted) hooks.

Cool & hip decor. Hotel seemed brand new and very clean. Check in guy was very friendly. Liked the pool table and other games in the lobby. Various sections of the lobby for sitting privately. Room had a cool industrial vibe. The ever changing message board was awesome. Hotel was only a few blocks from the Choo Choo and Warehouse Row.

The Moxy welcomed us for our last minute stay. They were able to accommodate us quickly and saved our entire trip after a huge mixup that was unrelated to the Moxy. The stay was wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond. The bartenders were amazing, they gave us some amazing recommendations throughout our stay. This hotel was within walking/biking distance of many different places.

I enjoyed the location of the Moxy Chattanooga Hotel. It's not located in the typical tourist-orientated area of Downtown Chattanooga. Actually, it allows visitors to get out and explore a lot of the lesser-known or explored parts of the city.

I think the rooms could have a small desk for script and laptop needs. Also, the nightstands should be lifted up to mattress or headboard level just so you don't have to fish around for glasses or other items in the morning.

The staff was all very kind, I got a free beverage at check in which was a fun surprise. We used ours for coffee which was delicious! The entire property was always super clean. We were close to everything and walked everywhere we wanted to go which was amazing.

We were bummed that the patio bar was never open, but that is the only thing we could possibly complain about.

Stayed in Moxy hotels in the UK & they’ve never disappointed so chose it on our Southern American states road trip. It was clean & tidy! The decor is really fab & the social side of the bar/lobby is great especially when you just have a room, it’s nice to hang out not on your bed.

It was all great, some bar/reception staff were a bit grumpy though

I've stayed here twice and love it. The bar is great with lots of seating and a nice patio too. Feels very social for a hotel. The staff is excellent and incredibly friendly. Overall, it feels like a sophisticated hostel more than a hotel, with an upscale bohemian vibe.

Room was clean but there were some splashes on the wall near the bed (spilled coffee?) that hadn't been wiped. I've stayed in a single queen and in a 2 queen room, and the 2 queen was a really neat setup, but small, so you wouldn't want to share a room unless you're comfortable sharing a small space.
