Immediately walking into the lobby i was in awe, the lobby was clean and the decor was modern, very beautiful! Check in was quick and easy, staff was very helpful. The rooftop restaurant was BREATHTAKING. The bar, the tall ceilings were so nice. The bartender made the best Lemon drop. The room was so nice. The shower was the best shower I’ve ever taken in a hotel! We came for a concert and the walk was about 6 mins to the nationwide arena.

My only complaint is that when we finally got back to our room we pulled the sheets back and noticed there was dried blood on the sheets. I spoke to the front desk and they explained no housekeeping was there at that time so we had to change the sheet out self which i felt was unacceptable. Once in bed we also discovered our tv was not working. Front desk agreed to move our room. Although annoying both issues were resolved seamlessly and quick

Clean, convenient to walk to Nationwide Arena, breakfast at the restaurant was included with our booking.

I really found the valet should have been included in the cost. This isn't a cheapo hotel and the room was a few hundred for a night. I just thought paying over $30 extra for valet was tacky. Only other option would be to pay to park at a nearby garage so you're really kinda obligated. Bad taste considering the room costs plenty so parking should have been included.

Hotel facilities were nice. Valet parking was available.

There was only one valet parking attendant working during a very busy with multiple events going on. Cars were backed up down the street. The valet attendant working was very friendly, professional and apologetic. Not his fault the were under staffed. Check in time was 4pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait an hour before getting into our room at 5pm. Many customers were waiting in the lobby for their rooms.

I loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and the decor was nice as well. I loved being able to check in online. I also liked being able to go directly to my room upon arriving to the hotel instead of having to stop at the front desk. Having the room key on my phone was also a plus. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Wonderful! Comfortable beds, rooms were well done and laid out nicely. Shower was perfect with great water pressure. Definitely visiting again!

Elevator process was different. Not bad, but a new experience. The shower door was rusted a bit and kind of popped in and out. They would be better to use sliders.

The location - decor and comfort of the hotel are perfect. This is our 2nd stay at the hotel and really love it here.

Lack of wait service - No service at the outdoor front fireplace area. No wait staff on 12th Floor after we got back from our show. Had to go to the bar to order - and only 3 people working with a crowed restaurant.

Front Desk staff was friendly, the valet parking guys were great, beds comfy, well stocked bathroom - large bath towels. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Location for the Arnold was perfect.

Elevator system is a bit weird. And I'm not a fan of the Nespresso-type machines. I prefer a straight up coffee machine.

The room was gorgeous! The staff were wonderful. There were a few things that were new to us like scanning the elevator, is that for safety? We are not from a big town. MIGUEL (front desk) was super helpful and I did like the text that was sent up as soon as we got to our room. It was a nice personal and helpful touch.

I truly loved everything about the hotel and services. The only thing I didn't like was the view. I don't think you want me to include a picture of that. But it was a very small dislike in proportion to the whole stay.

Elevator took a couple times to get use to but it was fine!!! Parking…..they will definitely try to get you to park there…but there is a parking lot right behind the property which is cheaper!

Beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean.

Staff could have been more inviting. Didn’t seem very warm or friendly. A 5 star hotel with 1 star hospitality.
