No frills hotel, room was spacious, location was perfect for visiting Christmas markets. Bed was comfortable. We could check in at 2pm already. Staff was helpful and generally friendly.

Wasn’t immediately obvious that reception was up the stairs, but we found it eventually. Room could have done with a water kettle for making tea. The music from a bar or club next door was audible in the room and went on for a bit (maybe midnight), even on Sunday night. Breakfast lacked yoghurt and fresh fruits. There was lots of fancy stuff like capreses and salmon, but we really just wanted some yoghurt and fresh fruit and that wasn’t there.

Nice but outdated hotel in the busy old town location. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The staff were nice and helpful.

There was a strange smell when entering the hotel but luckily there was no smell in the room. The hotel is pretty worn out and tired and could probably do with a renovation but my stay was comfortable enough for a fair score of 8/10.

Great location - I came to Düsseldorf to attend a rock n roll/rockabilly concert and it was 5mns walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apologies as I don’t speak German

Located in centre of Altstadt, bars and restaurants nearby. German, Italian, Oriental, many others. Good transport by U-bahn, Tram, bus etc.

Hotel good but needs attention in some areas. Lights don't always work. Breakfast buffet good except one day when a load of vultures took over the breakfast room and left very little. Rooms could be noisy from street noise.

I've been staying at his hotel for a few years now, and it's perfectly located for transport to the Messe + even better for going out at night in the Old Town. Staff very friendly. AMAZING value for money. Breakfast isn't going to change the world, but you're not booking this place for the food. Rooms are large & always been clean. Personally I've never had an issue with noise, despite the very central location - however, I always ask for a room at the back. I will continue to stay here when I visit Dusseldorf in January.

This place deserves a higher rating I believe. Location couldn't be more central, nice spacious 1p rooms, kind people and a breakfast option that is incredible value for the price.

Finding the reception was a bit challenging, it was up the stairs, around the corner.

Nothing - basic but clean accommodation in any city centre for €90 per twin room is impossible to find - booked 8 months in advance though👍

Location ideal to altstadt and shopping and transportation. You are in the heart of the party scene so expect a bit more noise or booming beats on Friday and Saturday nights. The furniture is a bit bulky and in some areas a bit worn but overall price= quality was acceptable. Towels and sheets were in very good condition and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast = nice selection. overall nice stay!!! :-)

Breakfast was very nice, however not replenished very well once used. First come, first serve, once it was gone it’s gone. ( e.g crosssints, scrambled egg). Great location and staff were lovely!

No shower curtain in bathrooms, impossible to not get the floor wet. Certain things in the room were damaged and old, however did not bother our group as was there for a stag do and therefore very easy going.

The location was amazing - the heart of the Altstadt of Duesseldorf, and close to an underground station. Very functional. Great city view. Close to all the restaurants

The breakfast was more sparse than some of the hotels I had stayed at in Germany, but the price reflects that. Showers spread water on the floor.
