Breakfast was great. I am allergic to dairy and my mother-in-law is intolerant to gluten, and we both found plenty to eat. Also, it should be mentioned that the hotel also runs a pizza restaurant next door, which is absolutely fantastic, and served the best pizza we found in Italy on our three-week trip. The staff was very helpful, and anytime I had a practical question, it was answered quickly and accurately.

The beds were uncomfortable for all three of us. We don't generally mind firm beds, but these beds were very hard. The only reason we slept at all was because we were still jet-lagged during the first night of our stay.

Breakfast was good. There were also a few gluten-free options. The room was clean, the water was hot. There was a fantastic pizza restaurant that was owned by the hotel, and very convenient. We were seated without a standing reservation. The staff were all very helpful with information about the town.

the indications to the parking were not clear and it was rather difficult. I would recommend they point in a map and send upfront indications where to park. That would avoid a lot of strees!

We loved the quiet location looking across the hills and valleys of Assisi awsy from the hundred of group of people . The owners were courteous and helpful, the staff likewise invrvery way it was a delight to be there. The food was delicious to, excellent chef

It was very clean and everything seemed perfect. Very close to all the main churches, just a walk away.

Parking is not easy! Smaller lot was full and discount for bigger one didn't work. Still, not too difficult considering the location. Breakfast was quite modest.

Wonderful city-centre location with beautiful views of Assisi through shuttered windows that oozed class. Bed was comfy, rooms were spacious, and breakfast was delicious.

Hard to find. There was a major walking event going on and roads were closed. The gentleman at the desk went above and beyond to help us.
