The room was bright with natural light, beds comfortable, pillows soft and fluffy, and the bathroom had hot water. Did not smell like smoke inside the room. The room had lots of space, shelving and hangers for our things. Laundry service quick, and clothes smelled fresh when we got them back. Bike rental very reasonable price and in good condition. Front staff very friendly, and easy to communicate with 24/7. Free water machine available in reception. Excellent location with tons of food and coffee shops and the beach all within 5 minutes walking distance.

The bathroom wasn't draining properly so when we showered we were standing in a few cm of water. The staff however acknowledged this and hopefully will fix it for the next guests. The glass water bottle in the room had mold on the inside and my partner noticed this only after I drank the entire thing. It's been 2 days though, and I feel fine!

The best room since I started travelling. I booked a studio apartment with small balcony (after a terrible hotel in another part of town. The room was very large, with a lot of natural daylight. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains blocked the light so I slept beautifully both nights of my stay. I enjoyed using the basic cooking facilities and was delighted the hotel had a lift. The location was relatively quiet and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would stay again.

the pictures were much nicer than the actual rooms, but they were still nice. towels weren’t in the room at first, we had to wait for them to be laundered. the room was also very hot; the aircon didn’t seem to work very well. but overall a pleasant stay.

Unfortunatelly the cleanliness could be a better with a little more attention to it. Only little things, like the top of the fridge and some mouldy spots. But all in all in all the room was rather clean so we were happy with it.

The location near beach, just around 5min to walk. You have everything you need near there, 24 mini mart, beautiful cafe shop, restaurent , local food. Studio room have the amazing windows view to checking.

The bed is a bit hard, and you should double check the room rate because there will be a difference between the price displayed on the app and the price the hotel sends you. It was explained to me that it included 10% untaxed fees. Because I only book for 1 night, the tax difference is not much, but if you book for a long time, you should check this issue carefully to avoid conflicts about money.

All the staffs here are very friendly and helpful and with good understanding of English as well. There's a café in the vicinity, however it only sells beverages, staffs were able to point out great restaurants around the area. The location is within walking distance to the beach, quite safe for walking at night, and streets are not too busy as well. It is a bit far from the dragon bridge, but it is quiet, hence an ideal place for resting.

A bit hard to find good lunch place immediately around the block, but there's a good and affordable breakfast place right in front of the school by the apartment.

I stayed on the 6th floor for 3 nights. It had a fabulous view especially at night through the large bay windows. Very pretty. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Mai, whom I had most of my conversations with. Mai provided a wealth of information and was very knowlegable. She understood what I was looking for in a place I stayed at and it was very easy to communicate with her. We had interesting chats. I liked being in a local area and at the same time being within a close walk to the beach. In total I stayed here for 12 days. I had a good encounter with 2 young students from the primary school just next door. They called out to me from their classroom balcony with, "How are you? " And replied perfectly when I returned the greeting. When I am travelling, what I look for is value for money, cleanliness, good vibes and friendly staff and a location where I can get vegetarian or seafood and mini marts close by. Raon Apartment and hotel ticked all the boxes.

That the beautiful room on the 6th floor had a bathroom that was constantly wet, so I moved to the 5th floor. The bathroom on the 5th floor gets clogged easily, every time I shampooed my hair.

A really great budget hotel for the price. No frills but it's excellent value for money. The room was as described with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. As someone who works digitally, the wifi connection at the hotel is also incredibly fast. Great cafe downstairs as well which is a nice feature and the beach is close by. The team at Raon are the star of the show and they have gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A big thanks especially to Mai who has helped us with document printing, fresh towels, recommendations and more. We enjoyed our stay so much the first time we stayed longer!

The location is excellent, just walking distance from MyKhe beach and close to a lot of good eating places. And inspite of the proximity, it is surprisingly quiet. The room was aesthetically done up, with all the basic necessities and very clean bathroom. However, the best thing about Raon Apartment is its staff. Although they change shifts, the interaction with the guests is seamless. They remained in touch with me, right from the time I left India. Mai and Nguyen were both extremely helpful in explaining directions, making sure I was comfortable and guiding me about all the places to see around. Nguyen helped me with the bus ticket booking as well as tickets for Bà Nà Hills. He ensured I get my bus for the onward journey by helping me out at the bus station also. Now that's what you call true hospitality... A great way to begin my Vietnam trip. Thanks guys

The location is near the beach (you just need to walk for 10 mins). The staff are friendly and willing to give some extra help, for example, helping me with tying my luggage to the bike when I decided to ride one to Hoi An. The room is spacious.

The room is not quite soundproof and the TV is not a smart one. Anyway, it’s still good value for the price, thanks to the huge size and cleanliness.
