The room is very spacious with high ceilings. The bed is extra comfy and overall the room was very nice, well equipped with toiletries and an espresso machine. Everything was very clean. The location was very nice, close to all main sights in a beautiful little street full of bars and restaurants. Overall we had a great time here!

In the evening the street is pretty noisy, it is not possible to sleep with an open window. However, with closed windows we had no trouble sleeping and they provide earplugs (which we did not need). This could be a problem for sensitive sleepers. One day the service at breakfast was very slow, but on other days it was normal.

The hotel was lovely. The building is old and carefully renovated, preserving its original features. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bed and an excellent shower. The hotel is located in the best area of the city—close to everything and in the heart of a lively neighborhood filled with locals and visitors, with many restaurants and bars. The windows effectively block out the noise from outside. The staff is courteous, friendly, helpful, and deserves special praise. The breakfast is excellent. Don’t miss the yogurt! (with muesli, maple syrup, and cranberries—highly recommended).

There are only a few notes for improvement: The air conditioning in the hotel is centrally managed, and when we arrived, it was set to heating... but despite it being early November, it was hot in the room at night (with no option to sleep with the window open due to the noise). There’s limited space to place toiletries and makeup in the bathroom... and better hooks for hanging towels would be nice... just a small thing :)

The property was centrally located. Next to the tourist areas, shopping and restaurants. The entire staff was excellent. They went out of their way to assist us. Christos and the girls at the front desk were extremely professional. The breakfast was great as well as the wait staff. The hotel was a great choice. If we ever go back to Thessaloniki, we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Very accessible to all of the attractions. Our room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast has a variety of choices, and the food was delicious and fresh. Harry, Harra and the reception girls were all very friendly and they helped us with everything. Big thumbs up for all the staff and the ambiance! It was beyond our expectations! We thank you guys, and we can’t wait to come back to Mood! ❤️

Stylish hotel with great location on a lively street with several food and drink options below and around the hotel in the city center making you feel like a local. Retail shops, bars, restaurants and the ocean promenade are all very close walking distance. My husband and I requested a quieter room and it was perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious with modern decor, comfy beds and the a la carte breakfast had a wide selection of options. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel had a cool retro style that was great. The room had everything we needed including updated bathroom with quality toiletries, comfortable bed, large TV,great Internet. Another highlight was the a la carte breakfast and great coffee made exactly how you like it. The staff were friendly and attentive. I also loved all the plants especially the palms.

It is difficult with two fully size cases to find places for them in the room. It would be fine if you only had one.

Beautiful boutique hotel….The room and bathroom was very spacious, The Breakfast was served in the hotels restaurant/cafe which was SO COZY and beautifully decorated and the Menu choices for BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. The STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ….the location of the hotel was walking distance to everything !!!!

Everything for us was wonderful nothing to complain about

Check in was very straight forward. I was travelling with my friend, and the reception only wanted 1 ID document. Saved me rummaging around in my bag. It was late, we were tired and I appreciated that sensible approach.

The room was too small. If I was on my own, then maybe I could have dealt with the size, but being with a friend, it was quite obvious. I wanted twin beds, but they did not seem to have a larger room with twin beds. I tried to upgrade weeks before, but I am not sure if only one room has twin beds; it would be better to have larger rooms with twin beds, as the beds can be pushed together, if necessary. I felt penalised because I did not want a double bed. That was the only downside.

The hotel is located in the best area of Thessaloniki, surrounded by narrow streets full of great bars and restaurant. You can easily reach the most important parts of the city on foot and the taxi stop is just around the corner. The staff was really helpful and they have been cleaning rooms every day. Breakfast choices were wide and tasty - I especially recommend toast with avocado and pouched egg - delicious! Our room had a tiny but very cute balcony and enough space to be comfortable. Big plus for a huge shelf in the bathroom!

The hotel is situated in a very noisy area with lots of bars downstairs which may be disturbing, especially during weekends, but they provide you with noise stoppers.

Everything was excellent, centrally located, room was spotless and quite big, all staff were very nice,polite and professional, they helped us with whatever we needed or asked for. Breakfast was exceptional as it was a la carte. It exceeded our expectations so will be back for sure.
