The room was absolutely great – cozy yet modern, very comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Zagreb, with amazing restaurants just next door and all major attractions within a short and easy walk. Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to help, even arranging a taxi for me in the early hours of the morning to get to the airport, which I truly appreciated. We also booked an additional room for a family member, and the owner was just as attentive and helpful in making sure everything was perfect for them as well. The combination of a superb location, comfortable and modern rooms, and such thoughtful hospitality made our stay outstanding. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zagreb!

The location of the rooms is great, they are very close to the old part of town and right next to the big market (which we sadly did not see due to a religious holiday). Downstairs is the exceptional Zidrom Bistro (highly recommended). Our room was spacious and very clean, we had a balcony which we did not use due to the heat and a very good air conditioning, which made it possible to sleep. What made the stay exceptional was the care and attention by our host Marko: we never met in person, but he was in touch via WhatsApp during our stay and reacted very promptly to any questions or requests. He made sure that we had a fridge filled with complimentary drinks and that the L'Occitane toiletries were replaced every day. He also arranged a taxi for us for our very early departure and made sure that everything was ok despite being on a break himself in the day we left. Special mention also to the cleaning staff, who helped us with our luggage etc. on the day we arrived. We would not hesitate to book this location again if we should find ourselves in Zagreb again.

Very minor niggles: there is no parking in front of the hotel. Also: there is a carpet in the room, I personally prefer non-carpet flooring, having said that the carpet was very clean and this is really just a personal preference.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city close to all the major attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants. Beautiful highly styled apartments, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Complementary soaps and shower/shampoo of an excellent standard (L’Occitane, not the usual generic stuff). Marko the manager was amazing, I was arriving very early to the city and I did ask for a early check in (hoping for around midday), my room was already empty so he kindly let me get access at 8am which was so appreciated as I travelling through the night and was tired, ease of access to the apartment was simple and all explained via what’s app by Marko and he left some very appreciated complementary drinks and water. I had an issue with the AC which Marko sorted for me and after I had left he messaged to ask if I had a nice stay, brilliant customer service. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Zagreb and recommend these apartments to others. Great apartments, great customer service from Marko and to the 2 cleaning ladies I met also, so lovely and helpful. Thank you John - Scotland.

What can I say... Except that this was a wonderful stay, made more so by the wonderful staff. Marko communicated before my arrival, made sure I had clear instructions on how to arrive at the hotel. I'm grateful for the early check in after a long flight. Marko ensured my stay was a pleasant one. There is no reception but u are given instructions on how to retrieve the key for your room. U can't tell from the exterior how elegant the rooms are. Very comfortable bed and spacious toilet. Love the glass doors to the cupboard. I had a great sleep! Special shout out to Elsie from housekeeping, who made sure the room was clean and thank you for helping me with my luggage. Well done Marko and team! Highly recommended place to stay if you are in Zagreb. O yes, two brilliant restaurants below the hotel!

I had an absolutely amazing stay and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome they were so kind, friendly, and truly helpful with anything I needed. Whether it was recommendations, directions, they were always there and really made a difference in my experience. The location is just perfect, practically in the center of the city, with everything within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions were all just around the corner, which made exploring super easy and enjoyable. The room itself exceeded all my expectations. It was not only spotlessly clean, but also beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You can tell that great care is taken with the details from the design to the cleanliness to the atmosphere. I felt relaxed and just like at home right away. Honestly, this stay was above and beyond what I expected, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A huge thank you, you made my trip truly special. I’ll definitely be back!

We were not expecting a luxurious room and were surprised at how lovely it was. The location is right next to the main square, minutes to markets, supermarkets and restaurants. We loved the comfortable bed, great overhead shower and blockout curtains. It was very quiet with a small balcony. Great communications everyday to check on us. Netflix was a bonus. We were thrilled with the quality coffee that was supplied and the beer and water for free. If I come to Zagreb again, I will book this place for sure. Well done to Marko and the team.

The location was very central. The room was incredible, modern, with a great bathroom and terrace. But the most important thing was the service we had. I have no words to describe it. The host was available to help us with anything we wanted. We informed him that we would be late with the check in and since he would not be able to be there to welcome us, he sent us all the information we needed to enter the room and left drinks in the fridge for us to have them because it was a very hot day. Also, although we had paid for breakfast, we informed him that we would not be able to have it because we plan an excursion that was starting early and he arrange to prepare breakfast for us from the evening in order to take with us on the excursion. Moreover, on the last day, we had asked him about a luggage storage room for a few hours until we went to the airport and he offered to help us by keeping our luggage in the restaurant below the room. First time I have encountered such impeccable service. I highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful experience during our three-night stay at this accommodation. The location was ideal, with almost all key attractions within walking distance. The surrounding area boasts an array of outstanding restaurants, while charming streets begin just a few meters from the accommodation, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. We were highly satisfied with our room, which was both comfortable and immaculate, perfectly meeting all our expectations. The host (hotel manager) was consistently available and made every effort to accommodate our requests. We remained in regular contact, as he frequently checked in to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction, which we found very reassuring. Additionally, he was always willing to assist with any issues that arose, demonstrating a high level of reliability and professionalism. From the moment we made the reservation till the transfer we had to the airport, MARKO was interested in every detail. The first day he helped Early check in, last day we wanted to re-use the room by paying an extra fee as it will be closed everything in the city because of Christmas. With the change of room again he was very helpful. every detail is considered at the rooms, as we had Netflix as well. The Pod Zidom is a really good restaurant, which is owned by them and , in the same way Flick is very good as well. Hotel in a very good location. Thank you for every detail. If I go to Zagreb e, I will definitely stay here again.
