We loved the location of the property downtown. However, it takes me to memory lane, as I was raised between Santa Fe Street, El Paso Street, just across the street from the hotel. my grand parents lived at the corner of Santa Fe and San Francisco, Right at the corner of the Art Museum. we used to have breakfast at the Clock Restaurant, just next door to the Plaza Theater. Of course we used to go the watch movies. All this took place between Mid 50’s to Mid 60’, have seen all the changes throughout the years starting with the Plaza de los Alagartos, Civic Center, Plaza Theater, the Hotel, stores, restaurants and the streets.!

in the room something is missing, unless other rooms has that cozy. The swimming pool has no privacy, everyone and anyone walks by the swimming pool!

The hotel was great. It's a historic hotel with charm and style. Room was large and comfortable. Ample food choices and the bar was very nice. The glass dome and suroundings set a perfect mood. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient. The location was convenient as well. A great hotel.

Staffed didn’t tell me that the 10th floor had loud music all night Did not receive my free breakfast. The next morning had to pay $40 I was promised to have a free breakfast.

What is there not to love about this property from the beautiful furnishings of the lobby, dome bar, and 2nd floor gallery to the extremely cozy bedding with melt into dreams feather pillows.

GREAT LOCATION FOR DOWNTOWN ACTIVITIES

Had to wait to check in even though I had requested a early check-in and received a email confirming that it was good. Elevators where really slow and food was way over priced.

The comfort, cleanliness, et location. The amazing fitness center. The 3 restaurants in the Hotel, especially the Sabor with its really nice staff !

Everything was beautiful, the view, the hotel, everything. It was gorgeous!

There was no machine (blender) to make the piña coladas. For 6 tacos, one small guacamole bowl, and a Pina colada to be $100...I think it is too much. But that's what it is.

Beautiful hotel - but an even better staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed there. We also had two dogs with us and it was very comfortable for everyone.

Gorgeous hotel. Lobby, bar, and pool are really beautiful. The hotel room is decorated very nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great view. Bathroom is modern, pretty. I could have stayed here forever. The valet and front desk staff were very kind, welcoming, offering a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival! Win! We concluded our night at the bar, where service was a bit slow. Nothing to be upset over- we quickly learned that many El Paso bars and restaurants seem a bit off with their service. Morning spent getting coffee and delicious pastries in the cafe. We had the best 24 hours ever, one of our favorite hotels in all of United States! Great location- walked all over downtown. Btw, the women's bathroom on the second floor is one of the prettiest bathrooms I have ever seen, lol!

Bar service- slow service, forgot a drink. Hotel room toilet had difficulty flushing/ clogged easily.

I love the restaurant, excellent service, and a great location. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bar in the main area was awesome. Really enjoyed live music Great atmosphere for adults and well recommended for couples or wedding anniversary
