Our room was very good. Large, big balcony with a lovely sea view and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of rolls, bread, jams and spreads, bacon, scrambled eggs. Large airy dining room with friendly staff. Very nice swimming pool with a pretty sundeck and easy access to the sea.

Bathroom is a bit dated. The net curtains need replacing, they are grey and torn. I had to keep asking at reception to have clean drinking glasses. Scrambles eggs were not very good. Only decaffeinated breakfast tea. Awful coffee from a machine.

Most of all the friendly, supportive and professional staff. Only 2 nights and I felt at home. The outdoor swimming pool and direct access to the public beach. Overall the facilities, amazing room and the extraordinary view. Th SPA and services are a must to try!

The breakfast is very complete but would expect and suggest an higher offer of local products instead of international options. Azores have so much to offer on local products of great quality that should be taken advantage of.

The location was really good, right next to the see. The fact that had a private car park was also a nice bonus, since most of the public car park spots were full for the majority of the day. Really close to Angra do Heroísmo, you could go there walking, and at the same time, it's located in a quiet area.

The breakfast could have more diversity but other than that, it was perfect.

Great location, 12min walk to the centre of Angro de Herisimo, comfortable rooms, buffet a decent option for a night, but for the better quality restaurants it's best to head into the centre. Spectacular views of the bay, good terraces to have a drink in the evening (food available here also, sandwiches are good (but rest of bar menu a bit pricey for the quality). Bartender (his name escapes me) working the terrace bar very competent and friendly. Pool area is a good space, but recommend going outside and down to the dock and mix with the locals too! Good to have a 24hr front desk available to solve any queries.

Pool bar was closed during our stay. The exterior facade on the seafront could do with some work (re-painting) Balcony furniture...?

The hotel was in good location within Angra. It had nice view to the ocean, which you could enjoy from bar area where lunch, dinner or just drinks could be served. They had spa, which was a pleasure after days spent walking, exploring caves and travelling. If you arrive early, there is possibility to drop off your luggage, which I found extremely useful.

I was missing wider selection of food for breakfast. In addition, I was missing kettle and iron in the room (I have not asked the staff if it is possible to get from the reception, but it is very likely that it is, which I have not done). It was also challenging with parking in front of the hotel (they do have parking area when you are checked in and you can use keycard from the room to access; however prior check in the space for parking is very limited in front of the entrance).

Rooms were dated compared to the rest of hotel and need a refresh. Parking was difficult for unloading at check in and getting in and out of parking underneath hotel was the tightest of turns on the ramps.

The outside pool looks great and they offer towels. The hotel gym is one of the best I've been, they even have classes. The bed was like 2x2m. The staff and the restaurants. They have parking included. The views if you have a room facing the sea.

No vegan options. Not many pool chairs. If you don't have sea view the room's balcony is smaller.

Room had a balcony and overlooked the ocean. Breakfast was buffet with a large selection of food. There was a nice garden in the back that led to the ocean swimming area and there is an outdoor pool.

I don't recommend using the underground garage. The garage tunnel is very very narrow going into the garage and out of the garage. It is very difficult to maneuver the vehicle through the winding tunnel.

It's a very nice hotel. I strongly recommend taking a sea view room, cause it's awesome.

The entrance to the parking is VERY narrow. I live in Lisbon, so I know about narrow streets, but it was the worst entrance I've ever parked in. And we damaged our rented car in it.

I had a great view of the beautiful garden and enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing. Breakfast was very good, served in a room with a nice view and plenty of natural light. The room was spacious, above the usual standard, and had a pleasant balcony.
