Excellent as always. Would not stay anywhere else in Terceira. Comfortable, great location, good food of all types available within walking distance. Hotel has a great sense of attention to detail. Breakfast great, plenty of choice for all.

Only one critism that does not affect the rating. On one particular day there were children playing in the bar. This was about 5.30 in the evening so not a problem. We went out for dinner and were looking forward to a quiet nightcap returning at 10.30. The children were still playing noisily in the bar. While we like to see children enjoying themselves, perhaps there should be a cut off for children to be in the bar so the adults can enjoy a quiet later evening drink and socialise. As this was one night only it didn't really affect our stay.

This a great hotel, in a good location offering excellant value for money. We had a junior suite with a view over the pool and harbour, the bed was very comfortable with good size balcony. The lounge area was a real bonus and the whole hotel has quality WIFI. The hotel is located in a quiet location. The huge choice for the breakfast included was amazing with lots of locally sourced produce on offer. All the staff are very freindly and helpfull and arranged a taxi for us back to the airport. The hotel is on the main bus route to Angra, and a short walk along the sea front to Praia. There are restaraunts and bars all in a short walk.

During our stay the Jacuzzi was out of order which was disapointing, but didnt spoil our stay.

This hotel is truly wonderful. It’s in a great location—close to town and just a short walk to Praia da Vitória’s central beach. The beach is also easily accessible on foot. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is fantastic. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and all the facilities were fully operational—the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. The hotel is absolutely worth every penny. As for the negative reviews we had read before arriving—they didn’t match our experience at all. Everything worked perfectly during our stay. We’ve been to many places, and this hotel truly stands out. We stayed as a family with two adults and two children, and everything was very comfortable.

The staff, from receptionists like Ana, Raquel & Natacha to restaurant server (name has escaped me-Mafalda?) to housekeeping (Lissandra and colleagues) were both extremely helpful, dedicated, and friendly. It was also the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The rest of the hotel matched this. Spectacular view, a bit removed from center of Praia but a pleasant foot path takes you to the very chill marina/beach area as well as transit hub.

It’s a bit too modern for me, too gentrified maybe. Like a Disney resort take on the Azorean themes. And while it’s well worth the cost, I feel the price for offseason (I was there in winter, after holidays) could have been a bit lower.

I loved everything about this place! The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

The staff was over the top. They were, professional, kind, efficient and always smiling. Tasha was a joy to see first thing in the morning and they even decorated my bed with hearts and swan towels for our anniversary

It was all good. I made a suggestion to reception that the house keepers should NOT remove the room keys after cleaning the rooms. Removing the key card turns off the minibar resulting in all the beverages getting warm. Good guests will not leave lights and a/c on and housekeepers should turn off all lights and a/c upon leaving the room. Please implement this policy as it will greatly benefit guests staying several days. Otherwise perishable items in the minibar might spoil. And management might actually sell more items if the items are cool. Thanks.

We had a phenomenal experience here! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was amazing! Rooms (and the property as a whole) were really nice, clean and quite large. We had four people and didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of space for all of our stuff. Good parking outside. Easy walking place to the nearest town and some smaller beaches. Nice pool with chairs, jacuzzi and gym. It was also super close to the airport and since we had to leave quite early to make our flight, this was super helpful.

The Breakfast was plentiful with an options for all tastes. We were really well looked after by the staff. I had dietary requirements that I informed the hotel before arriving and much to my surprise my request was met. Staff serving at Breakfast one, young lady of the name Mafalda made us feel very welcome and chatted about our plans for the day, a sweet character named Mafalda. The view from the room was well worth the little extra money, we enjoyed the hot tub of an evening and Sauna, the room was kept really clean every day and all the staff at the dest extremely helpful.

I felt we could have done with a slip mat in the bath / shower but it didn't take any thing away from the enjoyment of our stay.

Amazing staff first of all. You have all you need for the great stay in Terceira: comfortable bed, air conditioner, kettle, wine glasses, balcony, pool, gym. Tasty breakfast with a good variety of food. Private parking.

Our balcony overlooked the children's playground, so it was noisy. 10 days before check-in, the hotel made two debits from the credit card within 15 minutes, but returned only one. This is the first time I have had such a negative experience with the pre-authorization process.
