The position from or the marina and beach, the nice small town Praya Vitoria with the Long Beach and promenade, and the family room

The breakfast was somehow not refilled after 9:30, while ending at 10:00. A couple of days the hot breakfast was not refilled, the eggs were dark and the cakes ended early. Had the feeling the restaurant was understaffed

The hotel is clean, peaceful, and boasts an excellent location right by the beach, close to restaurants and the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to the experience.

The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, and the bathtub is dangerous for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility. The breakfast was disappointing, with little variety. No water was available, only packaged juice, and there was a lack of local products like the traditional Azorean bread and jams. Only "bolo lêvedo" was offered.

Breakfast was very good, good selection. Only thing was that breakfast was until 10 a.m. but if you arrived at 9:30 and there were no more waffles or scrambled eggs they would not bring any more out. so, after a late night we had to try and make it by 9 a.m. to get all the items.

I would have to say keep all breakfast items until 10 a.m.,. not 9:30 a.m. because if you were at breakfast at 9:30 and chances are there would not be any more eggs or waffles, sometimes fruit or bread.

Hotel is basically on the beach, where you can swim or have walk. Easy free parking nearby. Room is good size.

Service was quite chaotic. On arrival we had to wait about 30 min someone to check us in, no sign of 'coming back soon' or similar. On the first morning breakfast buffet had many choices - sweet and savoury pastries, fresh fruits, different egg dishes. Next day there was hardly any fruit and pastries, basically you had to rush for bread and eggs not to miss these at all.

Excellent location overlooking the beach, right on the front. We had studio rooms which were huge with kitchen facilities and a bed that was so big I never saw the other side.

My bathroom smelled pretty bad so I had to either keep the door closed all the time, or open the balcony and bathroom doors to try to air it. My friend's rooms were not like this.

A wonderful experience! The place is located right on a stunning seaside. There is plenty of free parking available. Everything is very modern and clean, including the small spa (pool with and two little saunas). Breakfast was superb, with plenty of options available. The staff we've met across the facility were all the kindest and most helpful. Overally, I'll be very glad to return one day.

Their check in time starts at 4pm and they charge a small fee for in-room coffee pods.

Location, and the staff were all kind and knowledgeable, honestly best location in Terceira

Parking. There are only a few that the hotel have but it’s first come first serve and the walk sucks after you are done from a festa. Also, breakfast wish it was available until 11. These are things beyond the staff control. Place is clean, ac works perfectly and location.

Nice stay and view. Kitchen was nice. Shower was hot. Good breakfast.

The sign at the hotel said the price for a toddler was free, yet when we checked in we were charged. They said the hotel changed management just before we arrived and they had not yet changed the signs. Would have rathered they honored the sign they had already displayed. The overall stay was still enjoyable though and the staff was friendly. I would like to note that while we were staying a couple of days later the sign was changed to include a price for toddlers. *

Staff courtesy, location and general facilities. Always my first choice at Praia Da Vitoria city. Right across the hotel there's one of the best beaches in the Azores and I know it for sure cause I'm Azorean born.

Bathroom extraction fan was faulty, I guess I got one of the worst rooms in the hotel but still perfect price for only one night stand. I guess given the fact the hotel had only a few guests, they could perfectly assigned me a better room.

We only stayed one night. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, thank you so much! The bed was very comfortable and the location great to reach the airport.

The hotel was a bit old and outdated and the breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay anyways!
