Communication was on point as far as directions and how to retrieve the key card. The place was clean, and very peaceful day and night. My room was cozy with nice big balcony and a great view of the Fort up in the hill. The area was safe. The shower was great with hot water and nice shower pressure. The kitchen facility allows you to prepare your own food. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster but no stove nor oven to cook in.

The parking area is about 2-3 blocks away and i had heavy luggage which was a little tough. Also, No elevators so again, getting the luggage up to 3rd floor was tough. The restaurants are a little farther away and you have to go up and down a hill.However it was manageable since i"m fairly fit.

Beautiful boutique accommodation, in a quiet road, a few minutes walk from the centre of Angra, many restaurants, and the beach. Exceptionally clean, and the whole place smelled lovely with a wonderful fragrance. Our room had a private balcony which was perfect for relaxing and admiring the view down towards the sea. In the bright, airy room the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower was excellent too. There was a fan provided as it did get very warm being on the top floor of the building. Breakfast was buffet style with various breads and cereals, and a charming little terrace balcony to enjoy it from. The staff were delightful and friendly, especially Fabiana at the reception, who provided us with lots of great tips about the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Be aware the access to the reception is up some stairs on the first floor of the building, and the room may be on the second floor, so a bit tricky with heavy luggage. Although there is parking available on the street outside, it is chargeable. The nearest free parking is a few minutes walk away, but quite difficult to walk on the cobble streets with a trolley suitcase, so I recommend unloading/loading luggage outside the hostel then moving the car.

Wonderful, super clean hostel with very friendly host. The dormitory has a huge balcony with an amazing view all over the island. It’s facing West so in the evening you have a lovely sunset. The hostel offers a lot of good brochures to explore the island. The beds are comfortable and super clean. Recommended!

The hostel uses a lot of perfume and as I am allergic to fragrances that was difficult. I prefer female-only dormitories.

The receptionist was wonderful; friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, right near the city centre but next to Monte Brasil so perfect for going for walks and with an amazing view of the sea just 30 seconds away. The room was very clean and comfortable, the only downside being it was a little small, but there were many windows so it was really nice and airy. The bathroom was nice and the generally everything was very good.

Not having good enough weather to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor little rooftop terrace😊

Fabiana was there to meet us and give us information of many places to visit and to eat, she has a lovely and friendly personality and a pleasure to deal with. She assisted in renting a car for us, a necessity in Terceira. The hostel and room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The shower and bathroom in our room was spacious and good water flow. The included breakfast had tea and coffee, choices of breads, cereals, juices, cheeses and ham, and fruit. The hostel was central to the town, everything within walking distance. Free car parking is two blocks away, I suggest using the higher of the four car parking areas as it was closest to the hostel. We enjoyed our time at Casa dos Reis, thank you.

The room, the terrace and the bathroom are spacious. We could use the common kitchen, which is well equipped and organized. Close to the hostel there is a free parking, if you get there by car. In 5 minutes walking you can be at the beach and in the centre of Angra. The check-in and check out are to be done by yourself, though a key box.

I had alreday stayed in this hostel and I one of my favorite things in the six bed room is the huge balcony. Plus there is small sofa. And the bathroom is huge, the showers are warm and with a lot of water pressure, And the staff is very helpful and friendly. here is a reason why I didn't even look for other places.

Breakfast was the same everyday but it was good. Hard boiled eggs, cheese, and ham for protein. There is coffee, hot milk, yogurt, and good bread selection with jellies, honey, and butter. Cereal and varies milk selection (regular, non-dairy, or lactose free) Oranges for you to juice for breakfast. Apples and kiwis all day. Nespresso machine, water kettle, and assorted tea box all day. There is a box of salt/pepper and oil for salad. Beds are comfy and cozy but you if bunk with others, be careful of space, bathroom cleaned everyday, standing fans in the room, each bunk has personal mini fan, light, and outlets. Bathrooms are spacey. Extra bathroom next to reception desk. There are 2 terraces for you to sit and enjoy the mountain. Clothes line to dry. Sofa and TV in the big area with big table where you get breakfast in the morning. There a microwave and toaster. Fast wifi and good range. All the lights are sensor - very practical.

Need stove to cook. Sliding door to terrace needs a screen so can keep door open for air. Umbrella hard to open because the lights get in the way. Doors to the rooms need service. They do not close smoothly. When I leave, I always use the keycard to unlock so I can turn the handle and close the door quietly.

The room was super cute, small but i like small places and the bathroom was nice and large, all new and super clean! I really enjoyed how the place is made because it's cute but so clean and chic. The outside area is modern with a nice view, it's very nice. The breakfast is classic, bread is good, there was oatmilk, real honey, jams and local cakes, which are nice to try. Fabiana has a very nice energy and helped us find a scooter renting. She has good advice! The place is very well located in Angra, and the price is just the best. Honestly our stay was just perfect and i am surprised of such good quality. Great boutique hostel (we had our own room for 2 with big bed, it's not only dorms), i really highly recommand! :)

Maybe something to hang the towels in thé bathroom ? But everything was perfect :)
