Near the beach and very friendly staff.

Our first room had a broken air conditioner, the second night they moved us to a second room. The beach towels were a great perk and they never complained about how messy our family was with young kids. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, but other than that was only composed of pre-made breads and fruits. Nearest free parking is a bit far.

Perfect sleepover stop for our 9 hour layover connecting flight through Terceira Lajes airport, 7 minutes taxi ride. We'd stay here again if the need arose. Strong aircon, comfy bed, great hot water and shower pressure. Excellent reception service, our lady booked us a morning taxi back to airport, and pointed us to Burger King open till 2am. There was even some free early breakfast items for us early travellers (we left hotel 6:40am).

Wish we were able to stay a bit longer to enjoy the free breakfast fully, and to enjoy the sunrise over Praia da Vitoria!

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Very large room with plenty of space.

Parking was a bit annoying in that there is nothing close unless paid. As well no one at reception until after check in time and had to go to other hotel to check in but just across the street so wasn’t too bad.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean room and surroundings. It was also nice to have a refrigerator.

The draw backs were that the mattress was very hard. The breakfast was a little lacking, not much variety and the coffee was cold most mornings.

no one to greet us upon arrival, had to go down the street to checkin at their sister hotel lobby, (short distance but it was bad weather) their restaurant was closed so had to go down the street to their sister hotel for breakfast - not sure if this was temporary or not - but checking in should be at the same hotel.

Loved the beach front access. Everyone was super kind and helpful. It was very clean and my room was very comfortable. Really cute place and great price. I was just here as a long layover to fly out next day. I’m glad I booked it.

Good room, location, breakfast, desk staff. Nice hotel at a good location and price.

We did not stay at the hotel we booked and had to carry our 6 suitcases to the other hotel 100 meters away. I put a DO NOT DISTURB notice on door and the staff still came in our room which contained valuables, very disturbing.

The variety of food served at breakfast was good. Staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know that is traveling to the island of Terciera.

Got a great breakfast just down the street at a discount. Just off the beach area.

Room was a little small but overall was nice. Parking was difficult to find.

The location, the staff, and the ocean view are exceptional.

The price was more than double from when I stayed last year exactly at the same time (for the Praia main festival).
