I will have to say the breakfast that was offered by the hotel was excellent and very friendly service! The breakfast that we paid for at Four Points was terrible. My husbands breakfast burrito consisted of mostly potatoes which he had ordered as a side, barely any cheese and a couple small pieces of ham which was barely luke warm.

Everything at Tin Lizzie was excellent. My husband said he would rather be on the other side of the hotel as it was a little street noisy.

We have had the pleasure of staying here for the past 4yrs or so. Our room was immaculate and the staff is awesome.

Not realizing that we had booked the week before Sturgis Rally, we were surprised that the price for 4 days was as much as it was last year for 7 days (during July 4th week)! Asked for a 2 day extension, and that price was higher than the 4 day price! So, obviously, we opted NOT to extend our stay for those 2 extra days...

Location was good. Could easily walk to other areas of interest. Breakfast was excellent each morning.

Parking. Was asked to move my truck to an overflow lot. That was totally fine but they should mark that trucks need to park in the overflow lot because of lot size. We were uptown and I felt I had to get back to move it as quickly as I could because my truck was blocking others from being able to get through the entire lot because it was longer than a car.

Loved it!! The beds were absolutely heavenly! The huge TV was such a bonus. Loved that the AC worked properly. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious! Overall, I am def going to stay there every time I come to Deadwood! Also a huge part of that was the staff. One in particular, Angel. She was sooo warm and welcoming. Also very helpful! Thank You!

Only thing I would say that could improve is the elevator. It was a tad scary to ride. But not a deal breaker at all.

Breakfast was great, food was hot. And it was kept very clean at all time.

The gentleman who worked the front desk at night are last 2 nights, in the lobby there is coffee and hot water. We got coffee last two nights when he worked the coffee was cold along with water for hot cocoa, are first night there Monday the girl that worked the front desk made sure all coffee's and waters were hot.

Comfortable and well equipped room quiet to the main Street and other guest rooms. . Convenient to all attractions. Free parking. Onsite restaurants and convenience store and lounge. Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Coffee very good. The breakfast attendant was responsive and pleasant to all customers. Convenient to trolley stop and Visitor Center. Customer service top notch--checkin agents followed up with text to confirm customer satisfaction on day of arrival and day2.

The location was excellent. Being right on the end of town made the walk through town easy or you could catch the trolley if walking was an issue. Also, being at the end of town, you didn't have to drive through the crowded streets/people to leave for day trips. It was also quiet at your location.

The only concern was the elevator doors wouldn't open past a few inches at the 2nd floor stop a couple of times . I reported it so hopefully it will be repaired.

The room was clean with excellent pillows and beds. The gaming area was nice and the slots were fun to play. The restaurant was good and they got us in with no reservations. The staff on the casino floor and in the cage were friendly and upbeat. We had a great time! We were located at the beginning of town and could walk the strip with no problem.

It was Labor Day weekend and the rates were pretty high.

Had a Suite for 4 nights. Room was very nice, comfortable bed, lots of space, etc.

Shower was nice but had to reach in from far end to turn on the water, both sides of Shower door should move but they don't. Traffic was loud in the morning. We have stayed here at least 3 times and had 3 different suites, this one was located on the backside and the street is very busy.

The breakfast was excellent. The sweet lady who took care of the breakfast room was outstanding!! She deserves a raise. She is an asset to your company!

I reserved our room at a certain price and have confirmation. However, when I arrived I was billed a higher price. I told the front desk and they said it was due to incidentals that we might occur. Well, we had NO incidentals and price is still on the bill. Why would you charge for incidentals when we didn’t have any??? If we did have incidentals then you could charge for them at that time. You had our credit card number!!! Frustrating!
