Off the beaten path a bit but well worth it . The hotel staff friendly and efficient, clean room , large bathroom with a separate toilet area , super comfortable beds and plenty of pillows , secure elevator required key card and a very nice casino with plenty of slots , table games and restaurants. Some restaurants open a bit late for my taste but I do recommend the Burger place , those smash burgers and chicken tenders are really good .

Everything! It was a beautiful hotel and it had up to date Everything. The staff was was friendly and it was a great location and easy access just off the freeway. And the price was cheaper than most of the hotels in the area. I would definitely stay again and infact I am going to stay again in October.

Wasn't anything I didn't like. It was a beautiful hotel and casino.

First, hotel was WELL laid out from parking lot entry to check-in and access to hotel elevators. Secondly, it was very easy to navigate from our room to lobby and on to the casino! Restaurants were easy to locate. Casino was large with a great variety of slots available - both familiar and new! Was also well-organized to go from area to area. Loved our room. After a long travel day, we were able to relax in those surroundings. The TV in the bathroom mirror was such a fun surprise, especially on a football Saturday! Games available throughout! And... How very special to awaken to a view of the Mississippi River... even on a rainy morning!!! All staff was very helpful and pleasant. Mike (evening shift) was wonderful! Provided all the info we needed. Additionally, ensured we had a river view! Jodi was at the front desk when we checked out! Professional yet engaging... Represents River City well! Will plan to return when we travel east again!

Odor by the entrance . I asked restaurant help if gratuity was added and they said no and then after I put a tip on the tab, they asked me for a receipt. As soon as I did ask for a receipt, then they mentioned that they accidentally put a gratuity on the bill so was charged twice

Stayed here to attend a concert. Ate at brewhaus. Food and room were great. Lady at desk when checking in was very friendly and accommodating

Were kept up all night with people partying until after 4 in the morning. Did not contact desk about it and was definitely nothing against hotel, just made for a tiresome night with little sleep which was disappointing because the room and bed were nice

It was spacious and clean.

My cousin heard gun shots while in the parking lot. Some pillows were okay, but would like a softer one too. For the amount you pay for the room, it should include breakfast. The room is unreasonably priced since they are making so much money from gambling.

Beautiful facility. Great views of the Mississippi River. Good food.

Spending too much in casino..ha Was not Informed about no room cleaning unless 3+days. Had to have new towels and coffee supplies delivered. Staff good about it but new reception did not pass on the information.

Excellent breakfast. Young lady worked like a trojan and was fast and efficient--but was overwhelmed with long lines; service delivery of breakfast was good. Front desk people friendly. Liked that an event concert evening entertainment was offered. Liked free self. parking. Concierge Rob was helpful.

The shower nozzle is confusing. Advertising on TV and internet relative to your restaurants has not been updated.

Didn't stay for breakfast we were running a little behind. The coffee in casino hit the spot while we redeemed a few tickets before leaving.

My room key was on my app but didn't work on elevator I had bad service. I recommend using wi offered so apps have little interrupted in service

Great little casino/hotel resort . Very pretty, great location . The rooms were quiet .

Rooms definitely need to have a deep clean on them . The baseboards in the bathrooms had an inch thick of dust on them along with a few hairs .
