We stayed here for about a week and then again for one night before our vacation ended. It was an overall pleasant experience. The personnel was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms we reserved were quite spacious, in comparison to other hotels we had stayed in. You also get a small kitchenette, which is quite convenient. You may prepare coffee or tea in the morning and prepare a small lunch since we were constantly exploring the area. Parking is a little complicated. You cannot park for free near the hotel; from 10:00 to 20:00, you will pay 5 Złoty per hour. However, there is a parking garage nearby where you can park for a week for 250 Złoty, which is not cheap but a fair price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely! The place was quite cozy, and the little kitchenette was a nice touch. The beds were pretty big, but the mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste.

I enjoyed very much the stay in the family hotel. Breakfast was very delicious and enough. The hotel is located near Kazimierz, where you will find many restaurants (just take the pedestrian bridge to cross the river Wisla). Also the old town and the Wawel Castle are in walking distance. Even near the hotel you find good restaurants, which are cheaper compared to the ones in the "Old Town". It is a safe place and it is also located near the Zablocie Train Station (15 miwalking distance). The manager of the hotel speaks also German and all the staff of course English.

At the beginning I had problems with the soft bed. If you need a very hard bed to sleep well, you might have problems to sleep well

Had a fan, jug and a fridge. The shower worked well. It was close to the sights I wanted to see (Oscar Schindler's Enamel Factory). The room was spacious especially for a solo traveller. Breakfast was extra but extremely reasonably priced and tasty.

Nothing really. The only minor issue I would mention would be the mattress. A bit too soft for my liking. Otherwise a great place to stay river walks close by.

Breakfast was very good. Thank you! Calm street, no noise. Many bars and restaurants are available around. Open till late tonight. You will not remain hungry, for sure!

I traveled by car. Parking and loading/unloading my luggage was not comfortable, as no parking place at least for a while was available. Anyway, with some advises I could manage the problem at some extra cost 25 PLN (24/7 paid third-party parking)

Location, it is perfectly located close to Vistula river, within 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast, all sorts of breakfast meal. An option to have a hot meal served, instead of simply having sandwiches. Wi-fi available. Room was clean, well-furnished, bed comfy. Bathroom clean as well, small sufficient shower cabin.

Minor minus, but there could be more towels. There was only a small one for feet in the bathroom. No soap to wash your hands. The air was a bit stuffy, unfortunately no AC was available. There was a fan, which still gave a pinch of relief during a hot day.

I really liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the event where we took part and was close to the Kazimierz District. I loved the furniture and the warm colours of the room and the beds were very comfortable.

The room doors are closing very loudly and the guest sometimes were very loud in front of their room and sometimes the neighbours can be heard from their room.

IT WAS THE BEST HOTEL I'VE STAYED IN LATELY! it was unbearably beautiful, the colors inside the room, yellow armchairs, orange-yellow design. It was so comfortable. The hallway was also beautiful. They also had a little little library on the 1st floor. I loved it.

It would be nice if there was several packets of tea and sugar available in the kitchenette. Also, there wasn't microwave, I wouldn't use it anyway but some might. There was electro stove though.

Great location. Everything, you might need, is nearby. Lots of cozy cafes and small groceries. Just a few minutes of walking and you are in places of note. Nice and friendly staff. Perfect for its cost.

Quite poor Wi-Fi. We used our mobile roaming, because it worked significantly better and faster. Personally for me this point was important — there was only a fixed shower head, no flexible hose and handheld shower head.

located in a calm road 200m from many nice restaurants&cafés and the district of Kamierz, parking is in the street next to the hotel and you easily find a parking spot&it's not expensive. Staff is helpful.

the kitchen in the twin room is only equipped with some basics (no towel for example), the main entrance door closes extremely loud (you can hear it in the rooms in the 1st floor with door closed)

This is my second time staying in this place. I really appreciate quality and price. Just 10 minutes walk from the cozy Kazimierz district in the city with lots of bars and restaurants. However the hotel is in a quiet place, so you can rest without any big city noise. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Some bottles of water as a hotel compliment would be nice to have, especially in the hot summer
