The location is just down from the Invalidovna subway station and the associated tramlines. Easy to get in and out of Old Town without having to stay in the hustle and bustle and noise of the tourist areas. A market beside the subway station meant the cost of food could be controlled better and avoid eating in restaurants constantly. The free breakfast was simple but had extended hours so it was easy to get a meal regardless of how late a night before or early of a day it was going to be.

Very good location close to a tram stop and underground. Not too far from the city centre to use a taxi too. Our room was a bit tiny and so was the bathroom but otherwise it was clean. Breakfast had a good choice. There’s a bar and a restaurant which we couldn’t use. They close relatively early though. However, the first evening after arriving late we were advised by the reception staff we could order food delivered so we did.

A bit tight for space in the room but generally all was good. The staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was tasty and abundant, lots of variety to choose from, great coffee machines. Our room had a fabulous view of the city, including the Prague Castle in the distance. Trams and subway a few steps away.

More water pressure in the sink and shower would be nice, also the elevators get easily overwhelmed at certain times when the tour bus crowds arrive and leave.

The panoramic view from the window was breathtaking and offered a glimpse of the city's beauty. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were unparalleled. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and a seamless check-in process. The staff at the front desk exuded professionalism and ensured that I felt like a valued guest right from the start.

I love the breakfast, very tasty, fresh with lot of choices. Also the room and bathroom were super clean.

Out of three elevators only two were in operation- considering 19-story building .

The breakfast was good, beds were excellent. For us, location is great.

We didn't like hearing noises from hallway, because isn't the door between anteroom and bedroom.

Close to tram stop and Metro station - easy to reach any point in the city.

Double rooms are small and not very well equipped. At the time of our stay it was full of teenagers-it looks that hotel has a contract to bring cheap tourists. As a result, of course, noise was a bit more. Not enough furniture in the lobby. Wifi is very, very weak for such big hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful even when they were under stress. The room had a nice view. Easy to travel to and from city center via tram and metro. Rooms are spacious. Affordable. Large parking area with a lot of space. Shower in the room 1008 was new,clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok; not exceptional but not bad either.

Dated furniture. Not sure about the cleanliness of the carpet and the windows. Shower in the room 1011 was filling up and leaking. Check-out at 10am is too early. The cleaning staff were talking too loudly in the halls while they were preparing their carts at 8 am.

We were allowed to check in 3 hours before the designated check in time and the staff was friendly! The breakfast was amazing while the hotel is next to a metro station!

I would give a 10 if it wasn’t that expensive. We booked very very late but still we paid 68€ each for a three person room.

- Breakfast was too simple, coffee was not good. - Closed bar: We spent a night in this hotel after a concert where more people from the audience stayed too. It was a pity the hotel closed the bar before we have returned in the evening - more guests were ready to finish the nice evening in a hotel bar but it was closed. - the door on the room 104 did not work properly and we were supposed to go down to the reception to reset the card more times. We were told that this problem is known to the hotel - why they did not repair?
