Great location, free shuttle bus pick up from/to Vancouver airport. We stayed for one night before the cruise next day. Shopping malls are just nearby. Walkable to Skytrain just for 3 minutes. Clean and Spacious room with 2 double beds, gym & swimming pool. Friendly staff, speedy check in and check out. Thanks for 2 bottles of water are provided. Again, location is super convenience, short stay is fine. I would come back again if needed in the future.

Outdated furniture, expensive summer rate for one night $400, breakfast not included. It would be great if continental breakfast is provided for guests.

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Great location (next to sky train). Airport shuttle was super fast (no pick ups at other hotels). Gym was fairly well equipped, a good size and quiet. Staff were very helpful

Both times I stayed here one of the elevators is broken which can make for some long waits and full loads. Also the 12th floor accessible by a weird cargo elevator which freaked me out at first. (front desk did offer to help, I was fine but it took some time to work out the system)

Very close to the Skytrain station, enough to go without an umbrella in the rain. Additional towels enough to use the whole stay (three nights) had already been supplied. It was comfortable for a duvet day. The fridge was large with a small freezing space. Therefore, I could enjoy tea with fresh milk all day in my room.

The phone for the airport shuttle request was at an aisle of outside the airport terminal bldg. It took a long time to find it. (However, the phone was shared with many hotels with an airport shuttle. So the same thing to be said for almost all the hotels in Vancouver.) Unfortunately, I managed to find it, but no one responded to the call.

24 hr shuttle - others say they have a shuttle but I picked this hotel because I was not sure my flight would arrive in time, it was 2hrs late and was happy to have the shuttle pick me up. Also used it for the drop off for my flight the next afternoon. Much easier than using sky train as my bags were heavy. Comfortable bed, quiet workout room, easy walk to many local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Staff were very helpful and in a pleasant mood.

Instructions for shuttle were a bit confusing because I didn't not find the area to "call the hotel on the airport phones". I'm glad I live in BC because it was a quick call.

The free airport shuttle was a big plus and so was the location just across the road from Skytrain station. Apart from that, the staff was very helpful. We could not check in on the booked date due to fight delay and the management did not charge us for that day since it was airline delay/ cancellation. When we came back for the second time after Alaska Cruise, they graciously allowed early check in. The restaurent in hotel saved us the trouble of going out for dinner. The restaurent staff was polite and prompt. The small shop in the hotel was useful for buying few necessities and Maple Syrup.

The coffee machine did not work well.

Excellent stay! Granted, it’s not the newest hotel in the city, but the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the location was directly across the street from a SkyTrain stop. Also, the shuttle to the airport took only about 10 minutes. Further, though not cheap (nothing in Vancouver is), relative to the area, it was a good value. As for the area, there’s a mall across the street, and a grocery immediately behind the property, providing easy access to various food options.

It wasn’t something I “didn’t like,” but I was a bit surprised that the shuttle ran only once per hour. Still, it was possible to reserve a spot in advance, so that helped.

We loved our stay! A courteous, helpful, and friendly greeting at check-in (thank you, Kai!), a spacious room on the 10th floor overlooking the Fraser River, the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in, a shower we never wanted to get out of ~ what’s not to like? In addition to that, the bed linen and towels felt and looked brand new! We enjoyed the Happy Hour specials with good prices for wine and beer, a decent selection of food, and friendly, helpful service in Mozza, the hotel restaurant. The location was perfect for long walks along the river.

Lots of shops if you like shopping in malls but no food stores close by if you wanted to grab something for an inexpensive breakfast. The prices in Mozza (the hotel restaurant) for breakfast were ridiculously high. $4.25 for brewed coffee with non-dairy creamer?? That was the only downside of an otherwise perfect stay.

Quiet room with windows that open. Pool is a bonus. Good breakfast, timely free shuttle.

I called for the shuttle after picking up my luggage, and was told to go to the shuttle pickup location, which I was just one flight down from. Fine, that is expected, but I should not have to call again once I get to the shuttle pickup zone. That caused a delay in my pickup. When you're tired from a trip, this is an unnecessary delay. Please trust your customers when they tell you that they will be at the pickup area in 2 minutes, and you can send the shuttle immediately.

We stayed here because of a flight cancelation and got in after 12pm. There was a free shuttle from the airport which was amazing and on time, so easy to find. The man on the counter was awesome and funny (was wearing braces on his pants). He was a wealth of information and it was such a nice encounter after travelling from NY where everyone is very serious. He told us how to use the air train, which we did, where to eat etc. When we got up to the room we were pleasantly surprised by the size, so big! The bed was amazing and after a very stressful day we had the best night sleep. They also allowed us to store our luggage while we went and explored the city for the day before retuning to the airport later that night. It is so easy to catch the train to the city. I wouldn't have considered staying so far out if I was to visit Vancouver, but after this experience I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel and intend on doing so in the near future.

The Front desk staff. He was kind of rude when checking in and surprisingly it was the same guy checking me out. I asked him to put in my choice reward member number twice while checking out and then he gave me my receipt and I asked him again if he put in my membership number and he said he couldn’t because he checked me out. I even told him that why I was asking before you checked me out and he completely ignored me. Now I gotta call customer service to try and get my points because of his laziness! This was the only downfall of our stay!!!
