The staff was super nice and helpful.. a special thanks to Bianca for the small letter i found in the room welcoming me and the chocolate. The room was amazing with everything needed. It was cleaned and filled with a bottle of water , coffee ,and tea everyday 😊 The towels were changed also everyday . The area of the hotel is amazing , there were nice bars, restaurant just around the corner and it was well connected with buses to the center. I really enjoyed my stay and i will be back for sure 😊😊 Thank you for everything 😊

I had a wonderful stay at LHG COMFY ROOMS. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic — very welcoming, communicative, and made the entire check-in process easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even offering helpful local tips. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A+ 10/10 Spacious room equipped with small bar fridge, coffee making facilities in room, private bathroom & air conditioning - very clean. Excellent communication with staff (Bianca) very knowledgeable, great service & hospitable. Excellent Location - public transport, Roma Termini train station 20 minute walk or go by bus. This place is in a cool, non-touristy and very safe area of Rome, with plenty of interesting restaurants and wine bars. There's no metro station nearby, but it's well connected by buses. My room was overlooking a super busy street, but the double glazing in the window was protecting it from the noise. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only problem was the AC, which made a lot of noise (even when turned off -- the pump kept making noises like a broken tractor), and it didn't really cool anything down properly. Apart from that, the stay was lovely.

The location of the hotel is very good, the surroundings are perfect. It is located in a quiet and decent neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. The room is cleaned every day. It is very comfortable and big (even bigger than expected). The cleanliness is also 10/10. Everything was so good, clean, “safe” and comfy. Thank you for everthing. If we come again, we won't stay anywhere else but here. See you 🌺✨

Everything was good for us.

The staff is really good, friendly and extremely helpful! We got a quick response to a smaller issue (safe was not working in our room, got a new one the next day, and even got tickets for breakfast for the next day😊). I am very grateful that we could leave our luggage there before/after our check in/out time for a couple of hours, that helped a lot! The room had an AC, the bed was very comfortable and clean. They clean the rooms everyday, but you can signal if you need a cleaning or don't want to be disturbed - we were in our rooms around the cleaning and always got asked if we need a refill of anything, appreciated! Rooms are located nicely, each main sight is close (30minish, with waiting for the bus), so you can easily go back between midday. Bus stops are close, metro is farer away, but we didn't use the metro anyway. I would recommend booking the room with breakfast tickets, the cafe is in the same block and is really good! Overall, it was a very good experience, in case I happen to go back I would book it again.

No issues. Some people mentioned the shower: we only noticed you can move the showerhead the last day, so that way no issues really. Noises are typical for a city, I wasn't disturbed by it as I live in similar environment, but you get earplugs if it's too noisy for you.

The quality of the internet and coverage. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your establishment, I found the internet connection to be less reliable than expected. In today's digital age, a stable and fast internet connection is essential for both business and leisure travelers. Enhancing the quality of the internet service and expanding coverage would undoubtedly contribute to an even more satisfying guest experience.

Breakfast at the local bakery which we added on (which we wouldn't do normally) was the best and great staff. Took a few days to get used to the traffic and noise (lots of ambulances) but used to a quieter life at home. Public transport was excellent, once we got a hang of the charges per trip and could be used across the board.

Only slightly annoying thing was the lighting of the rooms, especially the shower with high ceilings and low lights.

Easy and excellent communication with the host. Daily cleaning of room, and generally good standard. Will definitely recommend this host, and when we visit this fantastic city of Rome next time, we will check for room here.

Excellent location in Rome within walking distance to nearest metro stations and sights. The breakfast downstairs in the cafeteria was plentiful and very good : orange juice, coffee, toast, fresh croissant. Arianna on the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in. I would definitely recommend LHG Comfy rooms.
