Perfect location. Second time staying. Love the special treats every day provided by the hotel. Fantastic ideas!

Manager/in charge of the shift (?) on site at time of staying was not helpful at all. She acted so mighty and shown no interested nor try to understand the query that guest is asking . She acted very fast whether she understands the query or not 🤔. She made it so difficult and unpleasant to communicate with. As a manager or working in customer service areas, patience, active listening and problem solving are also vital in the role to deliver good customer satisfaction whether the issue is big or small.

I visit Vietnam once in every 2 or 3 years and have often been led down by the maintenance of a hotel when I return. - deep cleaning and maintenance are unfortunately poor executed concepts in most hotels in Vietnam, from my personal experience (must say I have high hygiene standards). It’s my second time at this hotel so that already says a lot about my positive first experience in 2022. Luckily I still love everything about this hotel and I’m happy to see they know how to maintain a hotel property well! Room looks as good as 2 years ago and the cleanliness of the bathroom is also well done. First time I stayed the a la carte breakfast service was chaotic and slow, this time I stayed it was very much improved. Keep it up!

They forgot to vacuum clean a part of the room. Upon pointing this out to reception they immediately apologized and took action. Incidents like this can happen, it’s about how you resolve this and therefore this did not impact my experience.

The night manager and staff were fantastic when we arrived bedraggled at 3am! The breakfast was good. The pool was a nice size. The room was a good size and clean and cool.

The location was strange - inside a shopping centre. Once we’d been in HCMC for a few days (after we checked out) we found places that would have been more fun and much much cheaper to stay. There was a bad smell at the pool so it wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been. One staff member came to our breakfast table and was trying to get us to spend money in the beauty bit / spa and she kept coming back to talk when we were just exhausted and wanted to enjoy time together.

The breakfast was absolutly stunning and we did not expect it in a country as Vietnam. Better than Hong Kong, Singapore or any other place we know. As well liked the room very much, bathroom and room is very comfortable and has the right size to give comfort and enough space. As well happy to notice for traveller that make use of a lot of gadgets, that you find enough charging options . Room very clean and neat, staff is ultra friendly.

The Gym is located in a shared facilty with the Shopping Center and is simply overcrowded. For a Hotel of this price class a bit of a No Go !

Stayed here for two nights while in HCMC. The room was very nice with a large bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were of a good quality. The “Pantry” on our floor was a nice addition with tea and a coffee machine with some fruit and stocked in the afternoon with some biscuits or mini muffins. It would have been great if there was also so milk for tea, not just milk in the coffee machine. The hotel is inside a shopping center, so comparing it to other locations in Vietnam, this was very commercial.

The only issue we could find with this hotel is that there are only two small lifts for the hotel floors. This often led to long waits for the lift, otherwise at least 30% of the time, when the lift arrived it was already full. There also didn’t seem to be staff lifts as the hotel staff travelled in the same lifts, which also reduced capacity and meant more stops.

Amazing hotel my room was big, comfortable and really well equipment. The bath was amazing and you can soak while watching tv. The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillow menu was excellent and the room has great air con that you can easily adjust to your needs. The swimming pool was beautiful with views over the city and a great place to cool down. The location is perfect for walking around the city and sits in the Saigon shopping centre which has plenty of food and shops to keep you busy. Only 20min walk to war museum 15min to Palace and 8 min to old post office and also Ben tan market and the hotel overlooks the opera house. Food at the resteraunt was fantastic, had the amazing breakfast buffet, dinner and also room service which was all perfect. Can't fault the service was really attentive and couldn't do enough for. Highly reccomend

Real minor frustration but the mini bar is warmer than the room and calling it a fridge is a joke the cans i left on the side were colder than what was in the fridge, real shame as everything else is so amazing.

The staff, room and hotel were exceptional. Really made the stay enjoyable and was located in the heart of the city. My luggage was also lost, and the concierge were super helpful in ensuring it's safe recovery. I particularly liked the pantry and the board games that were complimentary for the room. Saigonopoly was fun for my son and I to play and a great way to learn more about the city. Their location inside the Saigon centre shopping centre was unique but also meant great shopping stores and food courts were on hand next to the hotel. It was a great base for my family to explore the city and undertake excursions we had privately booked. Their use of WhatsApp to proactively check everything was satisfactory for guests as well as friendly and helpful staff really made this hotel stand out and deserving of its star status.

Nothing, had an excellent experience all round. Nothing to fault.

The Reload Pantry was such a lovely touch and was filled with quite a lot of food which varied all the time. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind to my elderly parents and I. They were very attentive with carrying our luggage and helping with any questions we had. The service at the reception was equally as amazing, the lady there was super nice and explained every charge to us and any refunds we should be expecting and why. The amenities inside the room were really good, the shower pressure and hot water was very good as well. The view from the room was incredible, and location was amazing. It was right in the centre of all the best attractions. The swimming pool was so clean and could not fault the buffet breakfast we had every morning. Such a wide variety of foods, with lots made fresh and to order as well.

Nothing, everything was incredible! Thank you very much, would recommend to all my friends and family and come again when we visit Vietnam!

Hotel is actually situated inside One Saigon Centre but the rooms are floors 15 and above. It's in a great location for shopping and all the major tourist attractions within district I. Many within reasonable walking distance of you can take the insufferable heat . There is a great swimming pool that comes in very handy after a hard day sight seeing . Room was really nice if a bit on the small size

Not much other than the lifts are tiny and so slow . You can we waiting forever for one to turn up Cost was pricey for a standard size room which had major lack of storage space for clothes

Great property with ultra modern rooms. Very spacious. We stayed in the King Deluxe which was more than enough room for the two of us on our stay. The room was central to the centre of Saigon and most things were within walking distance of our hotel. Alternatively as it was located in Saigon Centre we had access to many shops and restaurants within the centre itself. Would recommend this hotel for a stay

There were not many negatives to the room. On our last night the plumbing had an issue where the bath was leaking. We rang the front desk and they swiftly remedied the issue, cleaned it, provided fresh towels and new items for our fridge. I think one area that could be improved would be to include more Western food in the breakfast buffet (i.e. eggs, hash browns) just to add some variety. You could order from the menu however it would be nice to see some of these things on the buffet.
