The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, compact, and well provisioned. Check in was contactless and worked well. Undercover parking was allocated, a tight fit but secure.

We had previously stayed in a Deluxe 1 bedroom apartment which was much larger and not much more expensive. This time, the bed was in an alcove without natural light, the bathroom was tiny, the kitchen was along the wall, and the lighting was dim. I would recommend paying the extra for more comfort.

We found the apartment to be very clean and spacious. Modern feel. It is over 3 levels, but we were happy with that as we don't have any mobility issues. It was close to the shops and we did drive the 9 minutes to see the beach. We were very happy with the location as it was very close to a friend we were visiting. We thought we had booked a 2-room apartment, but it had a bonus room with a bed off the garage on the ground floor, which means it actually was more like a 3 bedroom.

There wasn't much not to like apart from the two flights of stairs again not a problem with us, but something to be aware of.

Well set up apartment with enough space for our family of 5. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and eating in. Garage underneath was a bonus as was the washer/dryer. Location was good for visiting Newcastle as well as being within walking distance of a large shopping centre. The check in experience with the key pad was very easy and the staff member who we saw on check out was very friendly.

Everything is clean and in working order but some of the fixtures are a little tired-looking and could perhaps do with a make over.

This was a great stay - very comfortable and well equipped, perfect for our family with plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. We received easy to follow instructions to check-in and then access the property (the garage even welcomed us by name!) and the place was clean and tidy.

There were only a couple of “opportunities for improvement” - there was a coffee pod machine but no coffee pods, the air con seemed to make everything feel wet, and the stair rails seem to need tightening. All up nothing to make our stay unpleasant though.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the separate living space/ kitchen and bedroom. The unit was very well furnished and the kitchen was a fully functional kitchen. The location is convenient for access to Nelson Bay and Newcastle. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, but still within close proximity to shops and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The wifi was not working for the TV and we couldn't watch Netflix. The apartment was east facing and it got a little hot in the day time. Cleanliness could be improved as we saw some hair on the floor.

We have stayed before and were happy to be able to stay again as the units are a great size. Nice and quiet. beds were great as was the ambiance at the location so not complaints to make there at all.

There was an issue with the remote for the DVD player in that it was stuffed in the lounge and when located there was no back on it nor were the batteries. lounge needed some cleaning and attention below the cushions. The pan in the kitchen appeared to have been well past its useby date and should not have been in the room. other than that all was great.

Apartment was modern and had everything I needed. Enjoyed the location being a short walk to Charlestown and very quiet. There was always enough parking spots in the garage. Received the code and it worked first time for both garage and door. Instructions were clear and made it easy.

The sensor light for the front seemed very sensitive. It kept turning on despite no-one or nothing being there. This is a very very small thing and didn't impact me in anyway.

Easy to find, park, and was very close to the client i needed to meet with and to local cafes etc. The lounge area was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs.

The pillows were uncomfortable which was a shame as the beds were great. It would have been nice to have a smart TV for casting streaming services in the absence of them being available in the room. Some local information on cafes etc would have been good too.

Spacious and clean. Great bed, so comfortable and the way I like it. Excellent bathroom. Shower was perfect. Really like the way you use a code to enter your room. No key or card. So great. Awesome parking and very safe and secure. So close to the shopping centre. Only a 5 minute walk and you have everything at your finger tips. Cannot fault the room at all.

You need a smart TV. That's the only thing I didn't like. There's only so much home shopping you can watch when you're a night owl like myself.

Location was good. Had 3 bathroom which was good with larger group. Neat and well maintained apartments

Check-in time was delayed was notified only 15 mins before. Pantry were missing some basic items like salt, pepper.
