Handy location walking distance to Charlstown Square shopping centre, easy access code to enter apartment and car garage.
Apartment kitchenette has basic items, no stove top, no washing machine. The check in code come through after 2pm when check in time is 2pm. There was an ant problem, a lovely maintenance gentleman addressed the problem. It was difficult to find available car parking space out the front of the apartment instead of the garage, if you were to come and go throughout the day. Overall I would stay here again if I couldn't find a more suitable option for a weeks stay.

The property was spacious,well equipped and clean. The location was in a quiet cul-de-sac and within a short walk of a major shopping centre. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. All amenities were available for a self contained stay. The security bond was promptly refunded on the same day we vacated the property.
It was a little tricky getting into the locked car parking area as the gate closed rather quickly once the code was entered at the beginning of the driveway and the garage area was a little distance from the start of the driveway. Some of the allocated parking bays were reasonably small and tricky to fit a larger car into particularly with pillars impinging on the space. It would be helpful to include a manual to allow ease of appliances. A little touch up of some minor tired items in the property would make this accommodation top notch.

Ease of entry, phone conversation with staff was excellent and the young lady was very helpful towards us. The secure parking under the building was really good, and was close to our apartment, which made getting our luggage to and from the apartment very easy, by using the elevator or the stairwell.
The apartment was a tad musty and we feel that it needed some air fresheners located at locations both downstairs as well as upstairs. Such as aroma sticks that draw up fragrant aromas from jars to diffuse through the apartment while its closed up, and whilst occupied. The cleaner we feel did a top job of preparing the apartment for guests, no doubt that, well done.

Property is in a cul de sac but next door to a school. It is a three block walk to the shops so very convenient. It has great undercover parking and a washing bay for your car. The studio also had an outdoor area, kitchenette with coffee machine microwave, mini sink and fridge. Shower was great size and clean.
The property is fairly new but some areas need a refresh.The desk chair was worn, the mattress was also very worn. The ironing board cover was paper thin and needs to be replaced. The walls are also thin and you can hear your neighbours tv, talking and bed creaking. I brought earplugs so this wasnt an issue but could be to others.

Near to everything that we required. Quite place to relax and maintained neat. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms had wardrobes to store away if travelling heavy or planning to stay long time.
The television is not connected to internet. That limits it's usage. But we only spent a night and found rest everything meeting our expectations. The check-in & checkout expectations were not shared and we had reach out for clarity. This would have helped us plan better. We had 2 cars and it was not mentioned that only one wasn available within premise.

Studio apartment was small but quite adequate. Bathroom good, bed comfortable, coffee pod machine in room VERY welcome. Secure parking was very welcome and easy to use. Location excellent as I was bowling at Charlestown Bowling Club - 8 min walk away. Also a shopping centre near the bowlo with cinema, so everything nice and close.
Wifi would have been nice? And a smidge more room - enough for a comfy chair maybe.

I was very impressed with the apartment and thought it was great value for money. It met my needs perfectly: good location, very comfortable, it looked spotlessly clean. The way it was managed was a bit impersonal for my liking but that is not necessarily a bad thing. However in the morning I found a little live cockroach in the bathroom. I understand this is not necessarily a sign of lack of cleanliness but throws some question marks on my initial assessment

The aprtment was spacious, and felt like home with the stone marble bench and duel bathroom facilities. We have stayed here once before and we love these apartments. Its nice having upstairs as well. We travel 6 hours to watch newcastle football games and will always opt to stay here now. Confort and a little bit of luxury. I really loved the art on the walls and flowers on the bench as well.
The bin lid was a bit dirty but i think it was just missed and it didnt spoil our stay. We didnt write it up as it wasnt a big deal.

Easy to check in via the key code, good security which is always a plus. The place was large and clean, very good for a family or groups.
The front door light didn't work but we had a torch. Airconditioning was very slow to start and didn't really reflect 22 degrees overnight, so we left early. Also, a note that your fire alarm isolator was beeping so it means it wouldn't have worked if there was a fire which was our major concern.

Very comfortable, high-quality bed. Spacious layout with a roomy living area. Easy, secure access from undercover carpark with some stairs. Keyless entry via pin was convenient. Nice toiletries and a coffee machine with pods were great extras.
There were no real negatives. If anything, the bathroom could benefit from a couple of minor cosmetic updates to bring it up to the same high standard as the rest of the apartment.
