We have stayed at many high end hotels when we travel and for us, this was right up there with them. Yes, it is a Days Inn... but the room was big and clean. We slept well and comfortably with the heating on as there as a snow storm. The shower could use a little more water pressure but was great. The staff were incredible helpful and made you feel like they wanted you to enjoy your stay (vs avoiding you or being disconnected from work/going through the motions). Breakfast had all we needed... hot food, coffee/tea/juice, pastries and there wasn't a rush or a shortage of what we wanted. Parking was simple, check in was simple. Really, no faults and a full 10/10 for us

The staff member who helped with our check-in and check-out was exceptional. Even though we checked in late (almost 10 p.m.), the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for two people. The bathroom was bright, clean, and spacious. They served hot breakfasts and had a decent number of options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting around.

When people talked loudly or shut their doors harshly, we could hear it from our room, and it disturbed our sleep. But it only happened one night/morning, not the other (we stayed here for two nights), so it was not really the property's fault.

Updated recently renovated hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tasty breakfast with several hot and cold items for choice. Clean recently renovated rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed two nights and will return again.

There was really only one issue to mention. We requested and received a late checkout to noon on our day of departure as we were all ill and needed more rest before a long drive. The cleaning lady chose to sit on the floor across from my friends room. This was intimidating to my friends and they left early to the lobby. Although I appreciate the urgency to clean the rooms as soon as possible, I would suggest the cleaning crew not hover in the halls and rather at a designated break room. Also, it would be nice if the new owner considers adding a small gym room if possible.

There was a winter storm when were were there, and I was not sure if I would be able to drive home on the highway. The staff were very knowledgeable about local road conditions and were happy to help me either book another night, or help me plan a route home. They had a snow shovel for guests to use and they plowed the driveway and walkways. The breakfast options are plentiful and my kids always love the pool and hot tub. We stay here every time we vacation in Williams and plan to come again.

The hotel has much value. Going through a remodel and keeping the Wyndham name in their model format, this room was the perfect location for going to the town, train, Elephant Rocks CC to play golf and close proximity to the freeway 1-40 without ANY road nose. All you could hear was the whispering of the Ponderosa Pines and cool breezes. Great for a cup of coffee and on the run. They do have a lovely indoor pool for winter swimming and a continental breakfast which we didn't participate in but saw the line-up and that's more than anyone would need for a snack at breakfast. Thanks, Williams and the wonderful management, friendly staff whether planting flowers or making up the room, they were friendly, accommodating and kind! I always say, I just want a clean, quiet room--I don't want to BUY the bed! Keep your prices--they are perfect. May you your hotel always be filled with wonderful guests!

Nicely renovated rooms. Above average finishing. Good mattresses and pillows. All very clean. 24 h coffee at reception. I had booked a queen room, but the only one available was on the upper floor. Without an elevator, my wife has some issues going up and down stairs. On the first floor only a room with 2 beds was available. The receptionist rebooked me immediately and with no additional fee.

Onky negative point, the AC is very noisy. Luckily, outside temperatures were in the low 60/40 ties, so we could keep it off at night.

Breakfast did not have enough food for everyone. When the children and I arrived for breakfast almost everything was gone except cereal and muffins. Breakfast was from 7 am to 10 a.m. and we got there at 8:30 a.m. As for room, it was nice, comfortable and children enjoyed the stay. The pool was great we stayed in the pool for 3 hours and they wanted to go back in the morning. thank you.

I preferred the bottom floor near the pool always for the children. I reserved 1 week before arrival for better accommodations. They were place way in the back with no elevator access, construction was a big hassle with no warning for hotel hallways. The bathroom I picked when selecting a room had a tub with curtain. Instead, there was a small shower with glass door which the children and I did not like due to not feeling comfortable with the glass look.

We were coming to the end of a road trip seeing all the sights of the southwest. This was the cheapest hotel on our trip, and we really just needed a night to crash, somewhere we could dump our luggage so we could run up to the Grand Canyon, sleep, have a shower, and be on our way. We didn't have high expectations-- we stayed in deluxe hotels other nights, and this was just a crash pad. We just hoped for clean beds and running water. We were so pleasantly surprised-- we had a very comfortable stay, didn't check out as quickly as we wanted because the beds were comfy and the breakfast was nice. 🙂 Thanks for providing such good value for the money!

What a great location! It seems so peaceful being secluded in the pines but is still close to downtown and within walking distance to a Mexican restaurant. The room decor is very fresh and cute - I love the art of the Grand Canyon over the bed.

The AC unit would occasionally put out this super obnoxiously loud sound, so I kept it off and was a little bit warm sleeping. It seems other rooms had the same problem- my colleague and I heard the front desk agent call for a maintenance check on all room ac units so hopefully it was fixed right away. The breakfast was a bit sparse but for the low cost and cuteness of the property it wasn’t a big deal.

Good location to stay for a trip to the Grand Canyon the next day. Comfortable, warm and convenient.

Breakfast was quite basic. Spa was closed. Free tea facilities were almost all out (completely out of black unflavoured tea) in the self serve area. The noise from the hallway echoes throughout the rooms. But overall for the money is an exceptionally good value passing through hotel.
