Our final stop on our Costa Rica adventure was a one night stopover back in San Jose before flying out. I initially selected this property simply for proximity to the airport, but upon arrival I was very pleased. We spent a very relaxing afternoon at the pool followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant (which luckily for us was still open since everything nearby was closed for a holiday). Rooms and accommodations were very comfortable and staff was extremely helpful. A fantastic ending to our Costa Rica adventure before we set off for home.

The room was comfortable, cool and clean. I was very glad to arrive and be given a warm chocolate chip cookie. The staff were friendly and the spa treatments were relaxing.

The shuttle is only every hour and as I was travelling alone meant I didn't feel comfortable waiting at the airport, so do plan for an extra expense to travel from the airport incase you flight is slightly delayed or immigration is busy etc. There was a damp smell when I turned on the a/c. I later noticed it was because of mould on the a/c unit. I am sure they would have clean it if I noticed earlier, but keep an eye out.

Super convenient location to stay to get to airport with amazing outdoor pools. It’s not a good location the explore el centro of San Jose. There is a cute little complex a few minutes walk away with several restaurants to have casual or fancy meals. I would not eat at the hotel restaurant. Choose to walk and explore these cute eateries. Nothing else to walk to in this area.

The location is not convenient to the center of San Jose. The heavy traffic makes it over an hour of travel by taxi. This hotel should be booked to get to and from the airport. The rooms are just adequate and the bathroom could use an update.

Big room, lovely pool area and great breakfast. We were only there one night after arriving in San Jose and could have happily stayed a few more days.

They were open to check us in after our flight was 6 hours delayed so that was awesome. We could not get rooms close together and I am pretty sure the room with the two beds was not two queens but two full beds. The bathroom in my room was super tiny and awkward and the drain was clogged. Overall a nice hotel but I wouldn't suggest staying there for long periods as the area is not the best. There are stores and restaurants nearby which is nice. Pool was nice and the restaurant was nice

The pool and bar give this place a holiday resort vibe and yet it's only 15 mins from the airport. We loved the free airport shuttle and that it's only a $3 uber and 5 mins from the Enterprise car rental depot for pick up and drop off of rental cars (you can't pick up/drop off cars at the airport). Dinner at the hotel was good too. Would recommend for a night when you need to be close to SJO.

Strangely, the coffee supplied in the room wasn't compatible with the coffee machine in the room. But at least the coffee in the lobby is free.

The hotel was what you would expect from a Hilton hotel - friendly, efficient staff, good facilities, comfortable bed. Location was good for us - fairly close to the airport and only a 15-minute taxi ride to the centre of San Jose. Pool and pool area were very nice, spacious and not crowded. Buffet breakfast was excellent, so many options, wish we'd had more than one opportunity to sample it!

It wasn't a surprise, but the hotel and the restaurant were quite expensive (though food was good quality). Although our room was great, its window was below road level so it was a bit dark without lights and we couldn't really see the sky - the view was only of about 15 feet of garden before a wall.

The breakfast was average to good, but expensive. The staff were helpful but when I pointed out about the location of the rooms it was a not my problem shrug.

We had huge problems with the shuttle service even though I emailed on 2 separate occasions post booking to ensure that the late evening transfer would be there for the 12 of us. Also the breakfast was extremely expensive for what it was. The rooms were not together nor near the pool as requested and confirmed.

Beautiful vegetation inside and out. Excellent Thanksgiving buffet and breakfast buffet. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Nicely maintained hotel.

When it rains, the inside of the hotel gets quite a bit of water coming in and the inside walkways and stairs collect the water making it somewhat dangerous. Unfortunately a tall building is being built next door and it blocks the view and the noise of construction in the pool and buffet area is considerable.

Good location to stay just after flight or before flight. Grounds and swimming pool well kept, giving jungle vibe. Great breakfast. Beds very comfy, had a good sleep.

Not much to go around, but it is expected as hotel is airport hotel. Transfer only once per hour. We haven't received cookies on arrival 😒
