Absolutely amazing 👏🏾 🤩

There's nothing to not love about this hotel

The service was universally excellent--staff in the restaurant, at the front desk, in the spa; valets, etc all were courteous and skilled. We enjoyed our breakfasts from the a la carte menu and the buffet. The food was very good and selections varied. I have learned to be wary of dinner at a hotel dining room, even at 5-star hotels. Therefore, we were surprised by and pleased with the quality of the dinner menu. I had the blackened rainbow trout, and my partner had the BBQ spiced salmon. Both dishes were delicious and well presented.

i was greeted with a smile and great hospitality, the gentleman up front was extremely helpful and polite, i showed up very early just to check on my reservation and he was able to let me in the room a few hours early, i can't express enough how great the stay was, i will be back for sure, awesome place to stay and the hot tub was great as well and the gym facility was a big plus also 5 stars from me and the lady

Room was spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. They allowed me to checkout late due to some extenuating circumstances and I greatly appreciated it.

I reserved a king on a higher floor but got a double on the 3rd. I was so tired when I arrived (flight delay got me in a little before midnight) that I didn't say anything. There was also a very loud wedding party arriving late at night so I didn't want to risk being moved near them. Lol I also paid for breakfast but didn't get any info from reception at check-in so I didn't know how it worked. I had a busy morning and ended up not eating at all. To be fair, reception was very busy with all the late night check-ins for the boisterous wedding crowd but it was still disappointing.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities (Pool, gym, bar) were nice.

There are no closures on the rooms so you could here everyone close there door which was like a slam. Putting door closures on the room entry/exit doors would make it much more enjoyable while you are trying to sleep.

Your staffs from reception to Hassan he is so bubbly and took care of my luggage and got me a kind respectful taxi to airport and did not miss my flight back to Seattle super great pls give him bonus and love him!

The staff was professional yet personable. Good Customer Relations is almost a thing of the past in this current climate. This staff was Amazing! I even remember a couple names which is rare for me. Marquis, Collette, Gabrielle were very attentive to my needs. The room and view was just what I needed to decompress and reset my intentions for the coming week. The complimentary Breakfast was an added bonus. This was a short Liesure stay that I booked to Celebrate my 50th Bday!!! I will definitely recommend/return for future stays. Two things... the Spa never responded to my inquiry and no where to get your late night chip fix. 😒 I'll remember to pack my own next trip 😁

The location is perfect for getting around on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The best sleep I had in a while. The staff was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the angus burger I had at the restaurant.

It was incredibly hot outside.

I love this property. They have a lively bar, plenty of seating in the lobby and great food selection. if you don’t know what to do, just head to the lobby to hang out or take a stroll. I love the city views from the room. the Byredo lotion/body wash and hair products just makes everything better.

The smell of the room is a little stale. considering they have high end body care products, I’d think they’d have that smell through out the property.

Everything was so overpriced and they charged an additional cleaning fee. It seemed more expensive than California. And it’s not….
