How up to date, and clean it was. Breakfast was great and I was allowed to check in late.

In the pictures of the rooms the showers appear to be “see through” from the bed, or appear to be “just glass/open” which I thought was cool but they have a black material that completely lines the shower so if your in the shower you are not able to be seen. I understand not all of the showers should be that way but for certain occasions and some people, something like that would be kinda cool. But the actual shower itself is awesome and clean which is more important.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the mini birthday trip we booked! Less than 2 Minutes from a caseys, less than 10 from a hyvee grocery that had a Starbucks inside and was close to the Springfield square! (I would consider where most attractions that are going on are held) Plus the public parking near the square is free so once there walking around to site see or shop the local stores is a breeze. Beds were Super comfy!! Ton of pillows different sizes and firmness or lack of firm if you like the squishy ones. Room : double queen: 3rd floor mini fridge, flat screen, plenty of lamps, almost see through shower with rain 🌧 shower head, led light mirror in bathroom, drawers under the beds for storage, No desk, no microwave (that we saw in the room) coffee bar is at the elevators downstairs not in the room (that I noticed).. Overall the Staff was accommodating, professional, kind, knowledgable and efficient. Cole (front desk) was brilliant for putting together my friend's Birthday goodie bag, I had just asked ahead that if big on the IF it was possible to leave a note to say a simple happy 30th birthday in case she checked into the room before me... He definitely went above and beyond by not only making the bag but the cutest happy birthday note to boot!! Definitely made her super happy. Thank you so Much Cole!

The only thing my friend or I stumbled upon was that some wallpaper was peeling up and had some mold? Not an expert but pretty sure it's due to a leak or lack or sealant on the shower glass pane. The wallpaper that was peeling was not INside the bathroom but on the side of the room where the beds are. The exterior wall of the shower if you would call it? That's the only complaint small section of visible mold near shower pane and wallpaper meet.

Cool boutique type vibe. We've stayed here multiple times, and will again in the future.Full bar, our bartender made awesome, espresso, martinis! Restaurant as well, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can get coffees like lattes, etc. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but they work. This hotel is perfect for Quik trips where we're only staying a day or two. staff is always very polite.

They don't have a continental breakfast but that's not a dealbreaker for us. You can buy coffees and made to order breakfast. It is on kind of a noisy corner. There's a bar on the back half. The first time we stayed,I used earplugs but it was on a weekend. This time we stayed on a Tuesday and didn't have any trouble.

I always love staying here, which has only been twice, but it is on the top of my list when traveling for work! It was very clean, smelled good, bed and pillows were a huge plus, and loved the coffee/coffee maker in the room!

I feel like the rooms should be somewhat sound proof. I am a nurse, and need rest when I travel. This trip, I had very noisy neighbors next to me. I almost confronted them. But I didn’t! I just used my earplugs. lol

Location was great, close to my favorite Springfield cashew chicken place, and places we wanted to visit. We liked the modern look of the hotel. Staff was nice. We will stay here again.

Our stay would have been better if the extended stay guest in room 209 was not there. TV and white noise machine too loud at 1 am. Front desk gal was great to move us to another room in the middle of the night. The restaurant/bar downstairs should have been open longer especially on New Years Eve to promote patrons to stay and celebrate and been open on New Years Day. Restaurant was out of the Drunken Noodles when I tried to order them at dinner with family. Oh, the handheld showers are a joke and do not work well. Maintenance needs to check all of them and get more water pressure and check them for leaks. Rain water shower heads were good.

It was very nice, the bed was awesome, the staff was great and it was very clean. Walls are pretty thin, we could hear every word our neighbors were saying, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying there again. Great value for the money.

Walls were thin, and you can see inside the glass shower from the bedroom so that was a little weird.. no privacy..

The bed and shower were the huge highlight of the room, my wife was able to get some much needed sleep without waking up to hip pain and lower back pain. Then in the morning, she got to enjoy the ceiling mounted shower head to prepare for our long day.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations so no negative comments

Very fresh European style vibe - excellent lobby with plenty of places to gather or relax, among with a cozy bar/dining counter. Rooms are efficiently designed and perfectly appointed, modern, and spotless. Comfortable beds and a stocked Keurig for morning coffee or tea made for the perfect stay! Great Springfield location between 2 major N/S highways, and lots of choices for dining nearby.

It was a very unexpected experience to discover we were booked in this modern concept hotel, because we’ve stayed in many Best Westerns that were more traditional. Our room’s excellent design and functionality reminded us of a hotel we stayed at in Europe. We appreciated that our room was clean and spare - efficient use of space in the design of the bathroom and sleeping area. We also liked the in house cafe/bistro style restaurant on the main level with open dining in the lobby and the availability of free bottled waters and a water bottle filling station if needed.

The only downside was that we didn’t have our own microwave oven, but had to use a communal one located next to the ice machine on our floor.

Although it had a modern spin on it, it was very comfortable and relaxing. It was spotless, the bed and bedding were top notch comfortable and plush, and the staff was very warm and inviting! They made me feel right at home, and it didn’t feel fake. They also had coffee at the elevator entrance, and on my floor! Love love love this hotel! Will definitely recommend, and stay again soon!
