Fab little hotel with great facilities very family orientated we enjoyed the games in the lobby and the free pool table, snack kiosk was a great addition for some late night treats. 12pm check out is great for families and allowed us to have a lazy morning.

Breakfast was only served till 10 so we didn't make it down due to having a long travelling day when we arrived so had a lie in. Also the fridge in the room was very noisey we reported to reception when we left.

I enjoyed the stay. • The price was decent. • Breakfast was better than average: coffee, egg soufflé (with powdered egg and meat) pancake machine, etc. One day they served omelettes, which might have been made with real egg. • I also liked the location. I was checking out Missouri State University, and it was a perfectly walkable distance. • They have a fully equipped pool table that even had a cue stick bridge. No one else was using it in the lounge, and I loved practicing. • For kids, they have giant jenga blocks and lots of board games. • The study area was convenient. • There was also a small gym.

Dislikes: • We stayed two nights, and I don't think there was room service. • There is a $25 deposit/per night that we had to pay up front in addition to the total cost. But the hotel will give you the money back on your card at the end of your stay. • The bed was hard and difficult to sleep in. • The room smelled a little weird when we entered, and we spent a lot of the time airing it out.

It was a very clean facility. The beds were comfortable. Kind of a smaller room but utilized very well.

The price was higher than expected when booking. prices shown online need to reflect the price with taxes. When you come in from out of town you are not aware of the local taxes until after booking a room. I also did not like being woken up by a dog barking at 2am. Hotel/motels are for people, kennels are for pets.

This hotel is very clean. I especially liked the floor in the room (no carpet!) and the glass shower door (no gross shower curtains!). The pool area is nice and the lobby is roomy. There were snacks and beverages available to purchase. The breakfast was far above average compared to other places I've stayed.

The only thing I would change is to add a floating rope divider to the pool to mark where the depth drops off.

The breakfast was very good, the hot water was great. And the bed was decent. The staff was very pleasant.

All of the noises you could hear in the hallways. There were not enough covers on the bed and the pillows were really flat. Also I did not look like anyone had cleaned around where of the soap dispensers, They were dirty. And didn't like that you couldn't watch any local channels (playoff game).

Modern rooms, large smart TV. Nice shampoo/conditioner and great shower pressure. Good selection of snacks in reception. Reception area nice play to hang out

May be left over from covid but breakfast felt very wasteful with paper plates/cups and cutlery. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Water often luke warm in urns downstairs

It's a beautiful concept, well executed. Super cozy feel, with an attentive staff that manages to stay out of sight and out of the way when not needed.

Wish I had more streaming options or better direct control (casting). But that's minor; I wasn't there to be in my room constantly.

The breakfast was good. The location is great! It is practically on the Missouri State campus. The place is always clean and comfortable. This is our go-to hotel when visiting our daughter at Missouri State.

The breakfast should run a little longer, especially on the weekends. I suspect a very large percentage of guests at this hotel are there for visits to Missouri State and most probably don't need to get up like normal business travelers.

We liked the location and the quaint view! It has a bit of a “The Jetson’s” vibe. Super cool! Fun games in the lobby…and wish there were more so we could enjoy them! They were very popular!

More lobby games to share! The soap dispensers in the rooms were a little hard for me to use with arthritis. I could see how they may be hard for kids to use, too.

I liked that even though it was downtown, it was in a semi-quiet spot. Plus it was only 2.1 miles away from my destination!

I didn’t have a microwave, but it’s honestly not that big of a deal. My wingstop was just as good cold as it was hot!
