Location was excellent! We needed terminal 4 , literally 7 minutes drive !Directions and access to property Excellent! Fresh towels , pillows, Fresh bedding ! Really mega comfortable beds! Very spacious in all rooms and the kitchen had microwave, gas stove , fridge …(no freezer) tea, coffee, sugar. Good size dining room . House has a “good” atmosphere ! Bathroom had shower gels installed and tissue / toilet paper was in supply. Internet was available!

Stairs and floorboards creaked too loud even though carpeted . Very minimalist decor, but that was ok. Bathroom lacked a carpet or rug so made jumping out of bath/ shower treacherous on floor. Fridge quite small as place is set for 4 rooms/occupants and no freezer so no ice available for drinks . Also no tv on site

Clean comfortable room. Warm and spacious room downstairs. This is an automated check in so no onsite staff. I would suggest that they issue check in details at least a day before check in so that you can have details and steps to check in before arriving in London. I flew from India so I didn't have access to Internet and was offline for 12 hours before check in. I had to borrow a guy's phone to ring for details on how to access. They were very helpful on the phone but the details should be sent a few days before to avoid any delays to check in.

One shared bathroom. No tea or coffee provided.

Really cute room, good price, lots of privacy and space, bathtub, private bathroom on bottom floor, kitchen, living room, had entire bottom floor to myself, safe with lock codes, responsive staff

Not obvious that it's a hotel when you arrive, it's a house and self check in, no administration and you have to call a number for the reception.

It was a good location for the airport, we only stayed one night before our flight. It is a cute little house and very comfortable, there is a kitchen and dining area if you want to get your own food. Very comfortable rooms and polite staff.

We arrived a bit early for check-in so I paid the early check-in fee but didn't get the information until it was the regular check-in time, so a waste of money. Its also very very far from the attractions of London and would not recommend staying there since it's about an hour into the city by train if that is what you are going to London for.

On-line / whatsapp communication was great. Close to Heathrow terminal 4

Needs updating and painting . Would be nice to have a way to heat water or food as there was no coffee shop or restaurant close by.

Location is near exactly terminal 4.And it very clean as well.

Car park is a big issue for me.When you turned up at 1900 .There is no car park available for you.

It was very cosy & everything was so easy.

My own fault was being confused with the key code to get in the front door. I was given the wrong key which was for another door but anyone could make that mistake as I know I've done many things like this myself but overall it was a cosy stay.

Lots of information from the host, easy check-in and check out. Other guests were friendly and quiet. Fabulous location for getting to the airport. Great value for money.

Unfortunately we were there in a heatwave and there was no cooling system or even fans in the bedroom which made sleeping quite difficult.

close to airport for a late arrival at 1/4 the cost of a 4 star establishment it is good value

getting into the property was an issue but only because I didn’t know I had to touch the pad so that it would light up so I could key in the number

the location and price was awesome!

the property could do with a bit of TLC but apart from that it's a good stay!
