Amazing location (just a few meters from a very well connected metro station, very near the central station, walking distance to some important attractions), comfy beds and completely renovated bathroom, bright, well-ventilated, clean, pretty new building. We had more beds than we understood from the photos 😅. The supermarket and the drugstore are just a few blocks away. The checkin is done electronically, the building and apartment can be accessed with codes, no keys needed.

Nothing, everything worked really well.

The location was great, very easy to get to from Berlin Hbf via tram or a short walk, and easy to get to the centre either by a longer walk or metro. The place was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We were in the rear building in the courtyard and so even with the windows open, it was very quiet. Appreciated the fridge and selection of tea and basic toiletries in the bathroom. Check in process was easy.

We couldn't make the keycard work and so had to use the code the whole time, but this wasn't a huge problem.

The flat was wonderful. Location is very convenient. Facilities in the apartment are great. I travelled alone but the apartment is spacious and can definitely house 4 guests. The landlady accommodated my request of a later check-out time (1pm) which I did appreciate.

The passcode to get access to the apartment provided by the landlady was incorrect. I had to call / message the landlady in front of the apartment to sort it out. I waited for 10 minutes and the landlady gave me another code to try.

Excellent location for sightseeing (especially U-Bahn right in front of the entrance), supermarkets nearby, but take into an account it´s very tourist-y so not many good restaurants or cafés around. Very comfortable, clean and modern apartment with all amenities including extra pillows and functioning AC along with balcony with views to a green garden were great help in the summer heat.

The apartment was almost perfect choice for a 3 night stay but few things could be improved: - one of the beds had smaller sheet than the matress - towels were slightly smelling of vinegar :D - wifi connection was very spotty - one thing that is clearly advertised on the photos for Superior room with 2 queens was that there is no door between the two beds - this along with 2nd ground apartment means there is not much privacy

The apartment was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and far bigger than expected. Location was perfect with easy access to public transport along with restaurants and a supermarket on the same street. Great information on arrival on how to locate the property and travel with the tram from Central Station.

Have to agree with other reviews, that if you're on the front of the building it's rather noisy with traffic. Window's do a good job of shutting it out. Air-con doesn't work and a fan of some sort for the back bedroom would be great.

The beds were really comfortable and the apartment spacious over two floors. The bathrooms were immaculate with a great waterfall and power shower. Fridge and tea and coffee facilities meant we could self cater a little. The U station was literally across the street which made travel really easy.

It was perfect. Only improvement would be a kitchenette for self catering but we knew that's not what we were booking and we were very happy with the apartment.

Clean and spacious apartment in a central location. It has excellent shower and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment access system worked well. The detailed email of access information was very helpful when I first arrived.

I am an English speaker only. I could not determine how to use the television. It would be useful in the clothes cupboards to have an extra shelf for storing small items of clothing. Please provide an email address for the manager; I could not get the phone number to work.

Very close to the underground metro and an easy 20-m walk to central station as well as restaurants and spupermarkets. Facilities and decor very modern and at the same time cooly rustic. We had a courtyard unit and so very peaceful. Amazing contactless and electronic checkin.

The fridge could be bigger. Would be an even bigger attraction/draw if it had kitchen and laundry facilities. Hotel-resue

The apartment was nice and clean. Confortable beds. Great location, in front of the U-bahn and walking distance to the Naturkunde Museum.

It was hard to find de apartment. I didn´t get the email with the info about where to find it and how to access on time. I had to struggle calling several times until I finally got the info. But it was definetly after 3pm, when it should be the check in. There is no kitchen, so it is not really an apartment.

Very well located and quiet comfortable rooms

The door code was reseted during our stay and suddenly our room door was not opening. As there is no staff around , you find yourself locked outside only if a phone number to try to reach. I understand the technology of the door codes so I would expect when the system is reseted, all guest get a notification with a new code instead of the frustration of being locked outside.
