The staff were very friendly and greeted us with a welcoming smile when we arrived ( Rosey) . The accommodation was nice and clean, everything worked and was in good order. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. The area where the Gust house was situated was nice and safe , also very close to major shopping center (Menlyn Main ). Bathroom was clean .

Can't think of anything really

Our unit was absolutely beautiful. It had everything that we needed and was spotless. The guest house in conveniently located close to Menlyn shopping centre, Time square and highway offramps. Having said all that, it is so quiet in that area that you feel you are completely out of the city rat race. The guest house has beautiful gardens and just the perfect place to unwind.

The room was large and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. The location is in a gated community so the security was great! Access was easy and convenient thanks to Arthur & Nicky. I booked for a group of 10 and everyone was very happy with the rooms, the location and the service.

Quiet and peaceful area. Super clean. Very spacious and wheelchair ♿️ accessible. Such a friendly and caring host going out of her way to make you feel at home. Rose is also amazing and such a friendly lady. Beds are super comfy, coffee, tea, milk etc provided. Perfect place to stay over.

Location excellent, situated in very safe neighbourhood, lovely to walk in. Close to excellent shops and restuarants such as Woolworths, Spar , Dischem, Wimpy etc. Close to Menlyn Park shopping Mall and Lynnwood Bridge Spacious room and lovely large bathroom, Owner Nicky came to say hi aswell.

Nothing negative

Check in was easy. Room was clean and well laid out Shower was nice and spacious, water had a reasonable pressure and hot water readily available. Good strong aircon. fancy in room fan. Induction stove was a novelty. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing we didn't like.

1. Gated community = great security. It should be highlighted in the marketing. 2. The serenity usually found in the outskirts but its in the city. 3. The very friendly, helpful staff 4. The wonderful aesthetics. We were concerned that the place might not be as good as its pictures but its just as wonderful. We were home. Enjoyed our Dream Week 23

Venue was near our show. Clean, very friendly and stunning breakfast. We had everything we need at the place. Nikki excellent host.

I did not read the message on gate closures at 22h00. Make sure you read all the messages you receive from the guest house.

Comfy bed clean and spacious

Nothing but to be a 10 we'd ask for nicer pillows and covered parking so our cars were not covered in dew making driving a bit unsafe, if this is not important give it a 10 Really very nice

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area, even though it is so near Menlyn mall, was very quiet and safe. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved our short stay and will definitely make use of this facility again.
