Room was clean and bed comfortable. Kitchnette was very clean and had sufficient utensils to cook with. There is a large Carrefore and Lidl a short walk away. Reception was open 24 hours. The staff were very helpful. All spoke excellent English ( if French not your first language). Bus number 45 took you straight into the centre of Toulouse ( approx 20 mins ). Transport links are excellent. A great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing to dislike.

The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room. The kitchenette was very convenient with enough good quality ustensils for four people. All in all, it was ok.

We were four in a room and everything was ok, but there wasn't a table big enough to fit the four of us at the same time. There was a desk against the wall and a small table with wheels that could be moved anywhere, but it was way too small, so it was kind of weird to have dinner together.

Quiet zone, commercial center nearby where you could shop for food or park the car if you want to save the money for the hotel parking, which is 9 euro per night. Bakery at 2 minutes walk with fresh pastry for breakfast.

It is a bit far from the city centre but there are some busses that could take you there. For us it was convenient because we needed to visit by car sounding cities and there was easy access from the hotel to the highway

The staff were perfect. We loved Zoe. The room was clean, and it was a pleasant time to sit also at the lobby and hear the beautiful peaceful background music.

The staff, the room and specifically the bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean. The location is good. There is a good public transportation near the hotel.

Cozy, clean, quiet place. Functional room facilities. I liked that they borrowed me an iron and I could use a self-service loundry room downstairs (with few washing maschines and a drier, for extra cost). Also liked a quick-breakfast option (juice, croissant and coffee) for 5 €.

I rate the price as moderate. I'm not used to staying in aparthotels - I found the large space (actually three rooms, including a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and quite a large corridor) and equipment very reasonable for the money. It was very close to the expensive hotel where my scientific conference was taking place.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but we were there for a dance festival held nearby so the location was convenient. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked that there was a big dressing for storage. Breakfast was not included in the price but we chose to have it one morning, it was good and fulfilling. We appreciated the courtesy tray with water and cookies.

We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned. At one point we had to ask for clean towels.

The room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and met our every demand.

There could be more cleaning supplies on offer, toilet paper supplied for a week, for two persons, was only 2 rolls. Dishwashing liquid was enough to wash 4-5 plates only.

The studio apartment was big and clean, and the bathroom too! Lots of space to open and unpack your luggage. Big and comfortable bed and table. Decent price and a giant carrefour supermarket that is a 5 minute walk away to buy anything you need to eat or cook or make your stay more comfortable. Nice strong shower with hot water in the bathroom. Very clean and decent sized bathroom.

The induction stove is not very hot and the fridge not cold enough, especially the freezer. Dont bring ice cream to store, it will melt.
