Comfortable amenities, wasn't sure if the pool was heated or not so decided against it, communal BBQ facilities but no cooking utensils available, modern facilities and externally is fabulous for trolley cases. Quiet location. Vibrant lady greeted guests for check-in was quite knowledgeable of local services within the region

Only the apartments have cooking facilities, had I known this I would've booked a different room type to at least have microwave use. The narrowness of the little entrance corridor in the motel room was very cramped and after nearly tripping over my luggage I realised my duffle bag and large suitcase needed to be brought in lengthways not widthways. Also no wake up call facility or a late check-out option, and it appeared no luggage storage available which meant I had to wake up early after a night shift and forego spending time shopping. No breakfast offered at property, and only choice close by is McDonalds

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. It exceeded our expectations and we are looking at our calendars to find a weekend to come back! The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything you could need for a weekend and it was spacious as well. The linen and towels were plush and the size of the bathroom was excellent. It was really quiet and only a short drive the lake and into the centre of town.

Check in went smoothly, staff was very informative and helpful. The weather was hot, the pool looked very inviting, we enjoyed a quick swim. The room was clean, in fact the grounds and everything was spotless.

The air conditioner in our room didn't cool very quickly, the weather was hot and it took about an hour to bring the room down to a reasonable temperature.

Very well presented, clean and inviting room. Very modern with all the things you need. Also had hot plates, cooking utensils and even cleaning products for the dishes. Private courtyard on my room was very private and quite large.

Two smaller issues i had were a lack of powerpoints where you want them, especially if you need to set up a little office space to work from, even the bedside ones were in the center of the bed requiring a physical move of a heavy bed to get to them. Also the walls were a little under-insulated. While staying, I had a young family with unhappy toddlers on one side and some construction workers enjoying after hours beverages into the early hours which made for a lack of sleep as a light sleeper.

Great central location, close to town, but far enough from busy areas to be quiet. Spacious room, clean amenities, lovely outdoor area accessible directly from the room, beautiful pool and sitting areas.

Air freshener or other product used in the room smelled like toilet cleaner and hit us as soon as we entered the room. After leaving the bathroom, my clothes and hands smelled the same. No air freshener at all would be better than this product which was too strong. There should be no smell when entering a cleaned motel room

Room was clean, bed was nice, facilities are well maintained. Court yard was well maintained and the pool area looks pretty nice, although didn't use it.

Sometimes the noise from others in the court yard nearby was a little loud but it wasn't too late into the night. Not sure how it would be on the weekend but mid week it was a good work place to stay.

The whole experience was easy and we had our requests delt with with ease and the facilities were very clean.

Noisy neighbours kept us awake (which was to be expected during a car show weekend, but music was unnecessary when we had a young child.) The fold out sofa bed was not comfortable but still served its purpose.

Very clean and comfortable room on a VERY hot day into night. Quiet and spacious. Best motel bed we've probably ever slept on. Ideally located for the purposes of our visit, and easy parking

No microwave or eating utensils provided, but there's ample food outlets nearby and being discouraged from eating or reheating hot meals in the room does seem to keep the space fresher.

Located central to common amenities, attractions, church. Great value for money: clean, modern, comfortable beds. Pool at your back door step! Wonderful! Landscaped well, clean. Definitely would go back there and recommend.

More milk in the fridge. Some people have more milk with their coffee than others. Spa was not on/working at the time (granted didn’t ask about it).

2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was situated at the back away from the main road, so it was quiet. The pool was also nice

More ventilation is needed in each room, maybe a fan in each room. And it would be nice if both rooms could cater to have a queen size in each when required rather than 2 single beds as we had a party of 2 couples
