Fabulous location. Happy with room 10 that had view of the beach. Great to have free parking. Great to have use of beach chairs and sunshade . We spent a great few days here, and would be happy to return/recommend, preferring quirky low rise beach stays and this was an attractive building with fab communication from host.

Frayed around the edges, broken window and blinds, bathroom in particular in need of renewal, but understand the cost involved.

Great location a half-minute walk to beach with even a bit of an ocean view from 2nd floor.

Room was clean and linens smelled fresh. Beach close by was a plus.

I recently had full knee replacement and had alot of trouble climbing the stairs. Next time I visit I will request a first floor room. There were no coffee shops or restaurants walking distance to the hotel.

The apartment was clean. Great location, less than 1/2 block to the boardwalk and to the beach. About 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants and stores on the boardwalk. Free laundry machines.

I didn't like that there are 10 rooms and only 8 parking spots. There is a 24hrs meter parking in the street, but it could cost around $40 overnight. Owner said they have discounted price for the street parking, they will need your car information. I didn't know this and I ended parking on the driveway on Saturday night and move my car at 6:30am the next day. Double parking is against the Inn rules, I didn't read carefully.

Very easy accessibility and check in. Perfectly located just a minute from the beach. Parking inkluded in front of the hotel. The manager did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

This is the second time staying at South winds and we are never disappointed. The facility is always well equipped, clean and the location is perfect! Eleyns and Nicholas are very gracious hosts and are quick to respond if there are any problems. We were once locked out of our room. I texted Eleyns and explained we needed to get in as we had my daughter's graduation to attend. She was there within 20 minutes and remedied the problem. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

The outside lights are very bright at night. I understand why it's necessary. Perhaps blackout shades would be a good addition.

well furnished well lit and super close to the beach. wifi was fast and the room sizes were great too! The host was super responsive and really looked after us! the laundry room was super useful and the map left on the table gave us a good idea of what is local!

Weather was pretty miserable a few days and even standing under the shelter wasn't enough as rain smashed down on us, . I think an area to store luggage and for people to shelter bad weather like a gazebo or roof extensions would of been handy!

Location, clean, the staff were helpful.

I didn’t realize that it was 100% automatic check-in. (although I should have based on the communication sent to me). We arrived at 8:30 in the morning and the room could not be promised until 4 PM. I did not realize that there would be no place to leave my luggage. On the other hand, the manager and staff did work with me to get me early access to the room to leave my luggage and I’m pleased with the efforts that they took to address it.

This was a clean and quiet efficiency accommodation that was beautifully outfitted with all sorts of thoughtful touches (extra hooks for hanging cloths, beach chairs and umbrella, etc.). Love the fact that it was 1/2 block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and stores. WiFi was also good - which was important for me as I had to do some remote work.

While not a big issue, the room is small which means the bed abuts the fridge. What this means from a practical point of view is that one side of the bed has no bedside stand or light.

The location to the beach and boardwalk. The management made sure that we were well taken care of aware of local transportation and restaurants. They have a free washer and dryer available for your use and 1 parking space is included with your stay.

If someone visits, they have to pay for parking or if lot is filled you have to contact manager to get a parking permit. If I was out late I would not feel comfortable contacting them and would have to pay for parking ( if able to find near the location).
