The hotel is fairly accessible, the whole property is clean and has good parking. The clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The ac in our room worked great! It was a hot day with 40% humidity, but the room temp was great the whole stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, it was all great

My husband enjoyed the breakfast both mornings ( I don't eat breakfast), plenty of parking, nice clean facility, very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint is that the toilets are so low! For someone very tall or older, it becomes a challenge. Also, one of the bottles fell off the wall in the shower. Are the towels in the pool area?

It was comfortable and with a decent price

The water had a little drip the whole day and night ( bathroom sink ), the paint in some of the wall are getting worn out , and the air-conditioned near the side of the bed can't be close so air directly comes out near my side...

This is our second stay at the Fairfield. It's very friendly, clean rooms, they always give us a treat, and the breakfast is excellent. We like it because it has a warm pool and a hot tub.

The hot tub was a little too hot.

The Breakfasts had a good assortment to choose from. The area was kept clean and food replenished frequently. The facility was clean and inviting. I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. Very accessible to so many areas of New Braunfels.

The property was clean

Right off the highway, but since we stayed during the one night there was a threat of icy roads, I-35 was much less trafficy = less noisy.

The staff was absolutely amazing to my family, especially to my special needs child. Rochelle was so awesome and went out of her way for us.The rooms and facilities were clean.

Staff was very sweet and helpful. Room was roomy and nice.

We were put in a Handicap room, Butttt it worked out fine. We joked about it during the whole trip.

Front desk, breakfast, and house keeping staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room needed several repairs such as caulk around shower and tub, in the room multiple spots of pealing wallpaper, the pool was a bit cloudy.

I booked a king room when I checked in they were out of king rooms and had to go to a double queen room.
