Location is good for my purpose. I worked close in Kilmany. So I stay 2 or 3 nights every two(2) weeks. I do not have breakfast at the motel. The parking spot is ample and clean. The Location is quiet due to away from the road & traffic. Best location is next to the Caltex Service Station, just fill-up & go..

Morning showers can be challenging, hot water go hot and cold, can caused safety issues, especially children. I think when everyone having showers at the same time in morning. I have tried 6am -Not good, I have tried 7am - Not good, I have to be at work by 8am.

Dog friendly motel. Staff are very nice people. We didn't expect anything fancy though, so place was good for us

Laundry machine doesn't wash cloth properly. The laundry room and the dryer are dirty. Shower in a room we stayed is small. The wifi in a room keeps dropping off.. Room a little small for two and the dog, would be good to have a dog door to the back yard.

It’s ok that the place is dog-friendly, but I hope there can be better management for large dogs and those that bark excessively. There’s a connecting door to the neighboring unit, and a large dog there barked in the middle of the night and again at 6 am, making it hard to get proper rest. It was really annoying.

My teenage son and I were in Traralgon for a basketball tournament and stayed at this motel. Very comfortable stay, Motel is very clean and had everything we needed. In comparison to other local motels that we've previously stayed in around the area this one definitely exceeded expectations. Good value for money, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Off the highway. Has m7crowave and crockery and cutlery to suit room no. Electric blanket was good to have. Easy to check in and drop key off in the morning.very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Quiet l9cation away from the highway. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Sunny in the room kept it warm as well as r/C air con. Parking was at the unit.

Not much - perhaps could do with an upgrade but room was comfortable.

Why do motels insist on clumping all their guests next to each other when it would be easy to space them a room apart when possible. It happens everywhere. Water pressure was pretty lousy.

QUIET LOCATION. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED, JUST PAY ON ARRIVAL. VERY ACCOMMODATING HOUSE KEEPER/CLEANING LADY LOOKED AFTER US FOR THE WEEKEND.

THE WATER WAS VERY HARD TO ADJUST IN THE SHOWER. TAP ON THE VANITY UNIT IS LOOSE AND COMING OFF. TOILET ROLL HOLDER IS COMING OFF WALL. NEEDED MORE TOILET PAPER.

Great place to stay for the night, great location close to town. Staff were extremely helpful. Bedroom was comfortable had everything you needed. Laundry room as well!

I was in the final stages of selling my home in Trafalgar and needed somewhere for myself and my dog to stay for 2 nights before final cleaning, etc. Loved the spacious grounds, with plenty of space for us to wander. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and I can't say how much I appreciated their care and attention during what was, for me, a very stressful time.
