The location was perfect for access to outr corporate site which is less than a mile away. I had rented a car and had adjacent garage parking which was very much appreciated. In the future I will use taxis and mass transit when I stay. I will ocntinue to use this space when in Hamburg for client events at our space. The hotel is adjacent to some great restaurants and bars, some of which I enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was good.

The only thing I would knock on the hotel was in the breakfast service. When you sit down for service and walk through the buffet line, you are typically approached by the servers for a plate option made directly in the kitchen, which is included. On the second day specifically I was essentially ignored while others were served. It wasn't until I asked for a refill of coffee (which had been empty for some time) that I was able to order. Once ordered, it was excellent. This might be because of the language barrier.

Staff was very welcoming, smiling, caring and helpful. Location is just perfect as the neighborhood is quiet and there is a bus stop right there so you are at the main train station in about 5 minutes. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was great that freshly prepared eggs were offered. In addition they had a home baked lemon pie. The lady in the restaurant was so nice 🥰 Everyone at a reception were very pleasant and the cleaning ladies as well. Thank you very much for everything!

We got a free upgrade which was amazing! This included free minibar, which was filled with drinks. Everything was very good and we really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The lady at the breakfast was so kind. You can get fresh eggs and waffles on top of the breakfast buffet. Nice, quite an dcozy neighborhood.

The Hotel is far from city center. It takes 40 minutes to the Hamburg Central Station if you walk. Also the carpark is very small, but this is just a little thing.

Location excellent for walking to canal, and interesting neighborhoods. The hotel is quiet. The air-conditioning worked very well. There were bikes for rental, which was helpful.

Check-in was via an iPad or similar, and I found this impersonal and also tedious. A staff member was present to guide me through. But what's the point of this inconvenience if one arrives during normal check-in hours?

Friendly staff, comfy, clean, modern room with excellent en suite shower. Bed was very comfy. It was really special to find on our bed a little gift bag for Christmas. Thank you! The location was great, with an Edeka Up the road, and a bus stop opposite with regular buses into the centre. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as it was cheaper at the little cafe/bakery on the corner. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent. A bus stop within 20 metres. Fabulous cafes & restaurants & bars all easy to walk to. We didn’t breakfast at the hotel but noted most guests did. The bedroom was spotless, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything exceeded our expectation

We loved the location - walkable to so much and comfortable quiet accommodation. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was small but we didn’t mind.

They offer a buffet breakfast. It’s all or nothing. It would be nice if they had some a la carte and fresh coffee in the morning. There are places to walk to but if it’s cold or raining it would be a nice option.

Nice location with a couple of restaurants right next door. The bathroom was spotless and had a bath. Large balcony on top floor, although note that it is open, so if it rains, it gets wet.

Could use a bit of dusting in the vents and air conditioner. Carpet had some staining in entryway.

This stylish, comfortable, boutique hotel affords easy access to shops, restaurants, and walking paths around Lake Alster. The staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, and the room was first rate. We very much enjoyed sipping our wine and taking in the views from our balcony.

Location, quiet and you ve direct access to bus station to city centre, train station or metro to airport. Breakfast was of good quality and quantity buffet style. Bed was comfy and bathroom size was good. They provided water and chocolate as compliment. We had kettle fotr tea and espresso machine.They prepared Breakfast box for us as we checked out early. Wifi, check in and check out were smooth.
