It was clean, and the staff was so nice. We ended up checking in and went to our room that was cold, dark and you couldn’t see anything out of the window. I was shocked and felt claustrophobic. So I went downstairs and politely asked for another room and they gave me a great room on the fourth floor with the pool view. I was very happy. Breakfast was great too. The pool was nice.

I was disappointed we couldn’t use the outside grill near the pool for cooking, but everything else was wonderful.

Everything about the property was very nice. The room was very spacious & clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The food was very good.

Nothing was wrong with the property. I would have chosen to stay in a different room or on a different floor due to a teenager convention going on while we were there, was very loud where we stayed but we were located by the elevators & stairwell.

The food at the banquet was exceptional, as was the breakfast. The property is very clean, and everything worked properly in our room. Booking continues to disappoint us with having our name backwards on the reservation and not entering the type of bed arrangement that we requested. We have NO complaints about the property. Their service was excellent.

For Booking to have gotten our reservation correct in the first place.

I like that the floors were not carpet. So my allergies didn't go crazy all week. I liked that the room was cleaned daily. And I like the staff/

I didnt like the breakfast somedays. It seemed like the biscuits were yesterday's biscuits. And wished the waffles were included in the breakfast that is paid ahead of time when booking the room.

Staff was top notch. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Would suggest setting aside reserved parking for paid hotel guests when large functions are being held. Shouldn’t have to park two blocks away because lots are full with visitors.

Nice atmosphere and very comfortable rooms. The food and beverages was good. Location is in the heart of the City.

The waitress at the bar did not ask if I needed anything and I had to keep calling to get her attention 🙄. I felt ignored

It was fantastic food was great the majority of the staff was fantastic. These people had hundreds of little girls there for a pageant and they were awesome to the girls as well as the rest of the families.

The only problem I had is when I went to take a shower there was a giant chunk of hair in the corner of the shower. The hotel staff themselves tuck excellent care of me when I brought it to their attention. But when I said something the next day to the housekeeper that took care of my room she was less then Pleasant pretty much called me a liar to my face other than that everything was fantastic. I'm not going to let one person's attitude ruined my entire experience at this fantastic Hotel.

The breakfast was great,with a large variety. I was offered free drinks as a result of a room transfer. Parking was easy, front desk staff super helpful.

The breakfast chef was rude to myself and the waiter (he was great)that was assisting me. The chef (she) definitely needs to tone it down, be more friendly.

I like the location, clean rooms, amenities, a frig/microwave, two days of towels, restaurant & bar area, the food was great, lighting in the room, storage space, very informative of specials, gift shop, and on point service.

I didn't like I had to leave...

gym facilities were second to none. pool was also pleasant. easy free parking. good local restaurants.

check in was a bit confusing as the staff member said we needed to pay, then we didn’t. then said he needed a deposit for incidentals, then didn’t etc. it was a bit slow and unnecessary.
